Utterly useless, taking an hour and a half to get from moulsecoomb to Hove on packed smelly buses...it's peak time add some more services! Useless drivers that plod along at 5 mph.
It's a shocking system.

Could not be better, Alice was wonderful, helping with my coach tickets. She was so efficient, friendly and helpful and made a potentially onerous experience a pleasure.

Be aware that the Brighton Buses take payment from your card twice when showing a prepaid ticket on your phone and have express travel installed. The process to get a refund is no easy feat. The fee of £3 for a single journey is too high especially comparing to the neighbouring big city.

Dean knew his job, listened intently, repeated what the lost item was, after I had described same, and looked into lost property for me. I remembered that I had been told initially that the 12X had finished its journey at Newhaven, so Dean rang them. I trusted him very much, and thought how thorough he was. I forwarded an email for the attention of Dean, with an attachment photo of the rubber kneeling mat, which he acknowledged courteously.

I realised how thorough he was, and, being as it is Bank Holiday weekend, he advised me to phone back on Tuesday, which I will do.

Thank you for Dean - a very conscientious man, good at his job and very reassuring. I left the conversation feeling that he really cared and would do as much as he could to retrieve the item. God Bless you all.

Matt, the driver of a 3x bus from Hangleton was so helpful. I use a walker and he not only lowered the bus platform to help me get on (which drivers often do) but also asked where I was getting off so he could lower it in advance, no driver has ever done that before. Thanks Matt!

I had an awful experience with a rude driver on 18/8 and got off the bus early to go into the travel hub a) to query the ticket I'd been sold b)to complain about the driver's attitude.
Both things were handled brilliantly by Ciara, yesterday and today(when I rang to get a partial refund).
I do feel quite a few of the drivers need more customer service training as this is a big part of the job. If they want to drive and not have the inconvenience of passengers they should switch to driving lorries.
My 5 stars are obviously for Ciara and not the drivers!

Brighton and Hove bus 12 and 12x was the only reliable transport for Eastbourne Air Show. Brilliant. The trains were up the creek from Brighton to Eastbourne.

Dangerous driver, I am a cyclist and the driver who was driving YX69NWS later afternoon around 6ish was going to kill me by jumping in front of me, indicated but never looked in guess as he just jumped in front me, lucky managed to escape.

My name is Theo Hall using my mums account and i find that getting to the top deck makes the front or the bus to busy. So i think you need to have 1 set of stairs at the front of the bus and 1 at the back to make the people who want to get up to the top beck not heed to stand on the stairs to wait for people to sit down. especially on the more crowded routes like the 7 94a 94b 94 1 etc like london buses thank you.
