Very helpful to shop local bus companies and select the right one for our group. Our bus was nice, on time and our driver was great. We had a last minute stop change and she was very accommodating.

Our bus broke down
Our bus broke down. The bus driver sat in the bus all day, kept everything on, and the battery died.
We got a 50% refund, which is nice, but it was a very bad experience (ended up getting home hours later)

Really expensive and the service we…
Really expensive and the service we received from the driver was poor. She was on her phone the entire time in a hands free state driving 45 kids. I will never use this service again and we never received an apology.

We hired 2 school buses to transport…
We hired 2 school buses to transport guests to the reception for our daughter’s wedding. The buses arrived on time and were clean. The drivers were friendly and didn’t mind the raucous guests!

Bus did not show up to pick us up.
Another bus finally came at 1:30AM (three hours late) and it was a school bus and not a coach bus.
Very poor organization and planning. Ruined my company retreat.

Great and friendly service
Communication was great and the service was excellent. The drivers and contact people I reached out to to book our trip were very helpful. The only downside was people at the contact centre. I tried to make a minor adjustment to my booking through them but apparently their system is too limited so it couldn't go through. Everything got sorted out in the end, so the final service was exactly what I needed.
