This is a big Scam!! My son bought return ticket from Canada to Abu Dhabi.. After booking, they showed Booking Pending due to non availability of outbound flight, and asked for extra payment for changing the outbound flight. When we refused, they threatened of charging cancellation charges from my Credit Card.

Robert made my experience great by helping me very much guide me thru everything and help me with all the information i needed

They were friendly, Robert helped me and even though I was confused repeated the instructions.

We booked round trip flights for 2 and paid $278 plus $60 for cancellation protection fee. 6 hours later the company notified us that the first leg of the flight was okay but there were no economy seats available on the return flight and we would have to come up with an additional $989 to fly first class. We asked for a cancellation of the $278 and they refused because the cancellation protection fee didn't apply. The agent was not helpful and obviously kept reading from a script for customers trying to cancel their bookings. I will never book through Holidaybreakz again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I PURCHASED A FLIGHT FOR $168, AND AFTER WAITING FOR OVER AN HOUR FOR AN EMAIL, I RECEIVED A TEXT REQUESTING THAT I CALL THEM. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO A LISA BLANCO, WHO INFORMED ME THAT MY RETURN FLIGHT WOULD COST AN ADDITIONAL $580. I REQUESTED HER TO CANCEL THE FLIGHT, BUT SHE REFUSED, EXPLAINING THAT IF I CANCELLED, I WOULD LOSE THE $168. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR AND WAS ADVISED THAT I WOULD NEED TO WAIT ON THE LINE FOR 4 HOURS. REPRESENTITIVE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE AND HAD A STINK ATTITUDE.

scam, They listed flights with different timing, durations and prizes. After collecting payment details they routed to original information and higher fare price.

Está agencia es engañosa y te obligan a pagar más por tu billete de avión. Ofrecen precios bajos en su sitio web y luego tienes que pagarles un precio muchisimo mayor porque no tienes opción de cancelar el vuelo, ni en el mismo momento en que compras. Recomiendo no utilizarla.

Awful company do not book with them it's a scam. They make you believe that the price will be one thing upon booking but then they double it once they call you. Customer service is not helpful. Again this is a scam!
