Very helpful to shop local bus companies and select the right one for our group. Our bus was nice, on time and our driver was great. We had a last minute stop change and she was very accommodating.

I highly recommend Bus.com
I highly recommend Bus.com. We are a school and traveled with a group of 24 students and adults for a competition. When we needed to make changes to our itinerary, the representatives and points of contact were very accommodating. Communication was top notch. Our drivers were very friendly and always on time.

Staff retreat transportation
The company representatives are very courteous and provided the guidance and help very promptly. We were happy with the services generally, bus was at departure points way before agreed time which was quite convenient for on-boarding. The first bus was a little old though spacious, and when we requested a newer bus for return trip, this was provided with no problem. Everyone was happy. We will definitely use the services of Bus.com again and we highly recommend them.

Clear communication from transportation…
Clear communication from transportation service, but the van didn't have a way for us to play music (or the driver didn't know how) for the 1-hour drive each way. Driver was very courteous and patient with us.

The trip went smoothly
The trip went smoothly, but the price was very very high. Partly this was due to the driver and bus being based in Toronto, while we started/ended in Ottawa.

Great service! The website offers a convenient tool to plan your trip and compare prices easily. Customer service was great, the driver was very nice and welcoming. He drove very well and was on schedule. would definitely book again for our yearly trips to competitions.

So I've notice that your bus drivers allow women to catch the bus at night for free if they don't have any money but when I asked for help this ne time 5hat I ask because I don't get paid til Friday the 3rd your bus driver said no to me... This is totally unfair... so now I'm left with walking all the way home because of your bus drivers...

Bus.com allowed me to book online but…
Bus.com allowed me to book online but then called a few weeks after to tell me they couldn't actually fulfill the bus they promised. They spent weeks trying to find me a bus and finally found an upgraded bus and charged me a lot more. Day of our event I get a call an hour prior and they didn't have the bus they promised ready so they would send a downgraded bus and refund the charges for the upgrade. For the way back from the trip, I wanted them to arrive an hour later than our original pickup time. They charged me a heavy fee for changing it but then the bus driver arrived at the original time and told me that they never told him about this change and questions why they would have charge us for it. I have had a good experience with Bus.com in the past but this was just awful. I would recommend anyone looking for a bus just go through direct companies and not this middle man.

When working with our partners, as much as we strive to provide our clients with the vehicle of their choice, we sometimes run into availability issues. Our team did all that they could to find a bus that would work for your trip before providing you the option to upgrade. On the day of your trip the scheduled vehicle ran into an issue but we were able to secure your original requested vehicle type to service your trip. Please accept our sincere apologies for the last minute change.
After investigating the communication regarding the change of pickup time, I can confirm the bus operator was informed about the change, however the driver was not passed on this information. We apologize for this communication breakdown and we will work with our partner to improve this. According to our Terms of Service, a fee of $100 is charged for any change request under 72 hours to the trip, however, due to this miscommunication, we have refunded this charge for you. Once again, we apologize for the negative experience had for this trip. We will do our best to give you a better experience next time.

Best pricing, reliable, nice bus!
This company was great at communication, every step of the way. The driver was curteous, efficient, great at listening to instructions. No complaints at all about him. My only issue was the bathroom was not working on our bus! When I contacted the company after the trip, they refunded us 25% immediatley and were very apologetic, so that was great customer service. I would just make sure and confirm ahead that the bathroom will be functioning .

Older bus that vibrates when at highway speed.
Washroom was not stocked, no paper products
Bus needs a deep clean (seats not to be steam cleaned, overhead compartments need to be emptied, cleaned and scrubbed…. Inside and out)

Our drivers were great
Our drivers were great! I was happy with the service was awesome! I would book the company again, though I'd do it privately. I found out that Bus.com had not been paying the company their gratuity. If I am going to pay a gratuity, I expect that 100% of it goes to the operators, not the company that made the booking on my behalf.
