Our drivers were on time and very courteuous.

I will start by saying they showed up on time and provided the service as expected and the day went smoothly. So normally 5 Stars would have been selected. The backend and management is my issue.

I own a limousine company for 30+ years so I understand the service industry, I survived the Covid shutdown, I feel and know the lack of drivers & staff. I pay the $5m in insurance per car, the high fuel prices, etc..
I used bus.com because I messed up and booked a bus for a wedding through a different bus company and I told the other company the wrong date. When I realized within 2 weeks of the wedding I was scrambling to find a replacement and for all the above reasons I couldn't find one. Then I found bus.com. for a 10 hr wedding, they were $750 more than I was charging for the wedding but I needed to get the wedding covered so I booked it knowing I would make $0.00 and lose -$750 but I had to make sure the bride had her bus. I never mentioned it to the bride.
I booked online on their website with their booking tool, at first I entered a rough outline of the needs. Before booking it under the review screen, I saw that I needed to edit the stops in the middle so I did and hit book. A few days later I realized the stops weren't in the summary so when I emailed about the point of contact the day of I also mentioned the stops were missing. Over 3 more emails, I told them I had originally booked the extra stops to be made during the originally booked time. I was told I was not going to be charged the $100 fee. After they took the charges and we had a phone call confirming the trip 3 days before the wedding date we finalized the trip and I was sent an email after accepting the itinerary and I was told that now because the driver was making 2 additional stops during the booked time with took 40 extra miles and 2 hours of less down time fr the driver so they would have 6 hours of down time sitting on site instead of 8 hours of sitting on site doing nothing. The extra 40 miles of gas cost $36 for the 5 gallons. With these changes of 45-50 minutes driving after the first drop off and after waiting 6 hours and added 5 gallons of fuel used driving I was now told these charges would cost me $1320.00 Thirteen hundred and twenty dollars on top of the $2500 i already agreed to pay to make the wedding happen.
I immediately and politely responded back adding this was highway robbery and they needed to reconsider but I needed the itinerary the way I originally entered it and their system didn't save at the time of booking and told them on 2 separate emails before the $1320 total cam up 3 days before the wedding.
They said they were sorry i felt that way because they try to keep the price as low as possible. Never in the cost of doing business for 9.5 hrs has it cost me $403.35 per hr to rent a bus from any other affiliate.

The total price was $3831.25 and if I didn't want to pay the $1320 they offered to leave my itinerary as it was without 2 extra trips in the middle which would have ruined the wedding. Not good business in my book.
I will not be using Bus.com again in the future and feel it is necessary to warn future users to be cautious and make sure this doesn't happen to them I didn't make a dime to ensure my customer the Bride had her day go flawless and paid $1851.85 out of pocket for her to have transportation with Bus.com. I would have been ok with losing the original $500 or even another $100 for the fuel to solve my problem but tacking on $1320 was unnecessary.

I did send 2 very nice emails stating the same thing trying to get this resolved prior to being asked to rate my experience by bus.com

Bus ride was perfect. On time, reliable and the bus was in excellent condition and comfortable. Easy to book as well.

I want to say that as school principal of a community school, it can be difficult for us to procure affordable transportation that is also reliable. Bus.com has been easy to work with and has always offered fair pricing with excellent availability. A special shout out to our rep Karen who is patient and has found solution after solution for us.

We had a great experience with the company. The transaction went smoothly and the customer service associates were very accommodating in answering all our questions and providing what we needed for a group of 20+ people for a trip in the middle of the night.
We didn't have any issues, especially during pick-up. The driver assigned to our group was very timely and had been in contact with us for the trip even before it started.

Definitely recommend this company, keep up the great work!

“Owner” of transportation company phoned 24 minutes before scheduled pick up to say his van was broken down on the highway. When asked if he another vehicle, he said “no, sorry”. He did not offer to help with finding other transportation for our event. bus.com has refunded the full amount. Only takes 3 weeks for it to process(yay). Will not use this service again, even with the refund. The partners are independent contractors who can cancel your trip simply because someone else calls and offers more money, with no regard to your needs. If you cancel your trip in less than 24 hours of departure time, you are not given a refund. Sound fair?? Sure. bus.com should treat everyone the same.

Used 2 coach buses and a mini bus for my daughters wedding. Excellent experience. Bus drivers extremely friendly and on schedule and buses were super nice. Highly recommend this company. Outstanding service and communication.

Bus.Com really helped out for a last minute field trip for my summer camp. Booking was extremely easy and our bus driver was friendly and punctual. We had everything booked and paid for within 30mins.

I would recommend this organization to anyone.

Horrible experience. Paid for buses for my wedding a year in advance and several months later was told the buses could not access my destination and different buses needed to be used which doubled the price. When I asked for another alternative option I was ignored. Would not recommend Bus.com, use First Student instead.

I cannot recommend this service enough. We ran into zero issues throughout the whole process and we couldn't have gotten a nicer driver. Everything was on schedule and we were safely transported to and from our location. This is the perfect service for booking any corporate transportation.
