Very helpful to shop local bus companies and select the right one for our group. Our bus was nice, on time and our driver was great. We had a last minute stop change and she was very accommodating.

I wasn't sure about booking online as I did not know anyone who had used them and I didn't know anything about them. I tried booking with several local bus companies who were less than helpful.
So, I took a chance and went with bus.com. I was pleasantly surprised with every aspect of my booking. I even had to request a revision to the invoice as per the requirements of our Accounts Payable department and they provided exactly what I needed. I also had an issue with my credit card being billed even though I had paid by cheque, but they responded and issued a credit.
The bus was on time, the operator was very nice and our delegates were happy with the service.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. This company’s bus to the airport was over an hour late with 0 warning causing me and multiple others to miss our flights. On top of this, once the bus finally arrived and we got on the road the bus driver stared swerving recklessly, running red lights, and nearly hit a semi truck. It was so dangerous that passengers had to force him to pull over and we had to sit on the side of the highway and wait for a new driver. I don’t know if our driver was intoxicated or deliriously tired, but regardless he endangers many lives. The bus also smelled like feces and was gross.

Top Notch Customer Service!
The customer service has been phenomenal! I have had a lot of trips to plan for my residents (I work at a senior community) and I have had nothing but positive experiences with every person I have worked with through Bus.com! I also appreciate the flexibility in change of itinerary (adding stops, changing dates, changing timing, changing the size of the bus, etc.) The vehicles have always been on time and the drivers very kind and easy to work with! It's taken a lot of stress out of planning trips!

Competent, Effective Service
The driver was on time, effectively shuttled guests between the event and parking lot for 3 hours, and even made a trial run the night before.

We were left hanging until 8pm the night before our trip to receive bus confirmation and driver details.

Everything worked out well in the long…
Everything worked out well in the long run. Our driver to our location was over an hour late due to traffic, which is understandable. I sat at the front of the bus to watch the children and the road, where I noticed that our driver would look down at his phone often. I'm always worried about this but even more with children on the bus. Later on, he followed the directions on his phone and got confused at an intersection and quite loudly cursed ("what the f***"), knowing there were children on the bus. I later had to direct him to where we were going using my phone navigation.
On the ride back to our school our driver was helpful and had the AC on! We were driving down a winding road down a mountain and it was fine until I noticed we were going down the road pretty quickly and at a speed I personally would've slowed down. This later made two of my students sick on the bus. the driver was great about stopping and trying to find stuff to help us clean up the mess and didn't show any annoyance about the situation. Once we arrived the driver did leave pretty quickly but was great about helping us unload.

So I was in a rush to work and the bus said it was meant to set off but the bus driver was just stood out side the bus driver was just stood outside talking to people for 10 minute when we should have already set off. He already was 3 minutes late before going outside talking and smoking for 10

The initial registration and planning went well. Unfortunately the communication between the company and drivers was poor. This led to delays in the itinery schedule that could have been avoided.
