We’ve been a customer of Bullhorn for seven years now, and we have been very happy with the recruitment software and the customer service team. Bullhorn has helped us streamline our processes and boost our productivity.
Bullhorn is a user-friendly interface and is a robust candidate database. The ability to customize our search criteria and save frequently used searches has been a great time-saver. The system manages the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires. It keeps us organized, ensuring that no candidate or task falls through the cracks.
The reporting and analytics tools in Bullhorn mean we can generate detailed reports on recruitment metrics, track our team's performance, and make data-driven decisions to continually improve our processes.
Bullhorn automation allows us to create customised workflows tailored to our recruitment processes. We can set up automated actions triggered by specific events, such as candidate submissions or job placements. For example, when a candidate reaches a certain stage in the recruitment process, Bullhorn can automatically send them a templated email or create a follow-up task for our team members.
The customer support team at Bullhorn are very friendly and always try their best to come up with a solution to a problem. We also have a customer success team and an account manager for each Bullhorn product. They are quick to respond and very hands on. We have regular meetings with them to review our systems and they suggest any new features which could be beneficial to us which will improve our productivity.
An area for improvement could be to review the cost for customisation work which is done through one Bullhorn’s third-party providers. The charges can be a lot for what seems like a simple customisation.
In conclusion, Bullhorn has been an invaluable asset to our business and plays an integral part to our success over the years. I would recommend Bullhorn to any business in the recruitment industry who is looking for a robust system to take their business to the next level.

Bullhorn has been a game-changer for our business, and their outstanding support is worth highlighting. From the start, their software streamlined our recruitment processes, but it's their support that truly shines.
The Bullhorn support team is incredibly responsive, tackling issues promptly and professionally. They've helped us with everything from simple inquiries to complex customisations.
What sets them apart is their knowledge, friendly demeanour, and genuine commitment to helping us succeed.
Bullhorn CRM
We moved to Bullhorn from our old CRM in 2019 to help increase our CRM usage and to grow the business.
Our Previous CRM set up did not suit our international offices - it was slow and not user friendly. Bullhorn is the complete opposite. being internet based, it is easy for all our offices across the world to use - it is user friendly and simple. It breaks the recruitment process into easy steps which means our users are inputting valuable data.
The Automation functionality is amazing, we have been able to complete 3 years worth of admin tasks into a few months!! A massive time saver for the team, which also helps keep the data in our CRM up to date and useful.
We are able to change the Bullhorn system such as adding fields/layout easily which means it can meet our business and client needs.
The Bullhorn Account managers have been very helpful, helping us with any queries we have had and assisting us meet our business needs. The support team have been great, I have bombarded them with questions and change requests which were actioned swiftly and efficiently.
Overall we are very happy with the CRM and the support, with the upcoming functionality that is being added to Bullhorn system, I am excited to see what we can do with it in the future.
Long Term User!
We have used Bullhorn now for over ten years, supporting the growth of the business from a team of 3 people to over 200 across three countries. Whilst Bullhorn is an off-the-shelf product which by definition will have its limitations, I have found the platform very dynamic and changeable to suit the majority of our businesses needs. For anyone looking to utilise the platform my biggest recommendation would be to properly scope what you are trying to achieve from the off. Making changes later is possible but can create more legacy challenges.
We are much more effective with Bullhorn!
I implemented Bullhorn in 2022 with it going live in July 2022, we have seen a huge impact since.
We are more efficient with not only candidate/client communication, and tracking, but with back office administration too saving our recruiters hours!
With the Automation addition making a huge impact, (and a personal favourite of mine) we are placing more candidates directly from our database than ever before.
The choice of market place partners means you can integrate almost any part of your process into Bullhorn from telephony systems, to websites, training and electronic paperwork.
Marc our Account Manager still has regular check in's and is there should we need anything!
Could not ask for a better Vendor to…
Could not ask for a better Vendor to deal with - nothing is too much to ask and everyone is very very practical in how they look at solutions for the their clients, its been an absolute pleasure dealing with Bullhorn, integration was relatively seamless and aftercare superb!
New client experience
As a new client of Bullhorn I was a little bit concerned, because we’ve read some negative reviews on Trustpilot about the service/support of Bullhorn.
Bullhorn is not the most easy tool to install, but once up and running it truly is a pleasure to work with and it provides us with efficient tools to match candidates to vacancies and visa versa.
Our experience with the customer support and service is very positive. The respons is quick and thorough.

The person helping me doesn't even know how to solve the problem and just is doing something, insane.
Great company and product
Bullhorn is a great product and the customer service has always been top notch.
Poor service and support. Over priced.
Bullhorn as a company is much more of a sales machine than a customer service firm. Their sales reps make big bucks then dump you not long after the sale to keep the new client funnel filled. They keep increasing license cost without delivering any added value. This ATS is best for very large enterprises with inhouse implementation teams. They shouldn’t even pretend to care about small or even mid-market firms.
Scam emails
Auto-generates mailing lists and sell them to scam recruiters. As a word of advice: If you get a recruitment offer from anyone and the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom goes to a bullhornstaffing.com address, you're dealing with a scammer, not a serious offer.

they build your email address from a company pattern and you start getting spam from recruiters.
I've tried to remove the mail multiple times but they don't remove it.
I'm escataling to ICO, companies like these need to be shutdown ASAP.
Terrible software and no customer service or support
For a year the software didn't integrate correctly with Office 365 so wasn't any use at all. Finally they resolved that issue but the long awaited Linkedin integration has never functioned either. I've paid thousands for this software and it's been very little use, it's extremely slow, badly designed and unhelpful. Technical Support have ben working on the Linkedin integration for a year but haven't fixed it, the account management team responded to my requests for contact only once in 2 years. I begged to be released from my contract as the software had never functioned correctly. They said they'd look into it but didn't and the number I was given to contact them doesn't work. When I asked about their official complaints process no one knew what that would be.
Absolutely atrocious
Absolutely atrocious. They told us that we could easily add the features to our account but after signing up it was clear this was not possible. We had to change email providers and our services elsewhere as Bullhorn said that they werent compatible and even when we did this it stil didnt work.
We made numerous complaints that were never managed or responded to in the correct way. They kept demanding money even though we could not (and never have been able to) use their service.
Bulhorn are an appalling company witha sales team that con you into signing up and then a service team that totally under-deliver on the promises that were made.
We also had a problem with client emails as anything ever sent from Bullhorn automatically goes into companies spam folders (presumably because of their spamming record)
Avoid this company at all costs. False promises, poor service and a bad product. You have been warned

It seems if a company send you an email and you are trying to remove this emails from Bullhorn.com they are not removing you email, they keep it to provide it the next company?!?!?
Terrible company with awful service
Terrible company with awful service, poor values, who put more effort in selling their product than delivering it.
They promise features which dont work and when the issues are raised, they fail to respond or make any attempt to resolve the matter.
They then continue to expect payments to be made to them and will make contact regularly to make demands, while completely ignoring and refusing to act on the unresolved issues.
