Bullhorn - a great partner - a brilliant CRM
As a business we have been on Bullhorn for just over a year now. My biggest compliment I can say about the system is I wish as a business we either started with them or took the leap to move over to them years ago…The system is excellent, so easy to use, so intuitive and we are seeing huge benefits as a business! The automation and analytics features are first class! I also have to give big kudos to our Account Manager Jay Roberts, from our first meeting he was great to deal with, he is always available if you have questions, is always willing to help and give guidance if we need it! Can’t thank him, his wider team and everyone at Bullhorn enough.
Seamless Onboarding and Data Migration
Throughout the sales and onboarding process we have been delighted with the level of detail and information we have been given to enable us to make an informed choice. During the integration process, the team have been helpful, in ensuring we maximise the data we have, and the system moving forward. Both Jay and Kristen are great

Incredible Customer Experience
We have had an amazing experience from our first call to go live. It’s rare for a business to take the time to understand their customer’s requirements and ensure that each engagement is great. Jay Roberts is our Account Manager and couldn’t be more of a star! He’s extremely knowledgeable and truly provides an excellent customer experience, which is living out their slogan of Creating an Incredible Customer Experience.
Worst platform for start up recruiters
Worst platform for start up recruiters. Avoid.
Requires you to invest heavily in bolt on service providers which take the cost incredibly higher
Awful Product & Service
Awful product and user experience, poor customer support and incompetent sales. I have no idea how this tool became the "market-leader".
Awful company
Awful company. Terrible after sales service. They tie you into contracts and are completely inflexible. Avoid.
10 years of misery
10 years of misery. Customer service is dreadful, product always going wrong and causing endless email issues/bouncebacks. Should have moved in the first few years, now don't have the time to move and worried of what could happen during any migration to another platform. Recruiters should try anyone else.
Poor customer service
Poor customer support in the relationship management team.
Consistent product errors and when reported the tech team say they have had tonnes of the same issue but when speaking to relationship management team, they make out that I am the only one who has reported an issue.

Our dedicated Bullhorn Account Manager and Customer Success Manager have really improved our Bullhorn experience after a poor implementation process and migration from previous CRM. We have lots of improvements to make, but Bullhorn does give us lots of options to help improve our business and is an extremely capable CRM. I would recommend.
Terrible CRM
Been using BH for 3-4 years and its terrible. Always time's out and never works correctly. Terrible CRM would never recommend to anyone if you actually want to get work done.
Great product, fantastic people! More than just a CRM
Our partnership with Bullhorn has been fantastic, we're truly supported by the support team, our Account Manager, and our Customer Success Manager to get the most out of the product.
Systems innovation is at the core of what my team does and we continually strive to push Bullhorn's limits to enhance operations. While it's true that on occasion, these efforts result in slow-downs, the payoff is worth every bit of patience.
Bullhorn allows us to have a single source of truth, make informed decisions, and tailor our processes to reduce friction and bottlenecks in our workflows.
I must commend Bullhorn's support team. Their dedication to assisting us during our innovation/testing has been unwavering. They work closely with us to swiftly and proactively address any performance issues and find effective solutions to keep us on the right track.

Great CRM!
The team are great, our account manager Irene is always an email or phone call away to help with our needs. We have recently added Automation and we love it. Bullhorn is a fantastic CRM which we use for multiple assignments across many scopes of work. There is a catalogue of courses you can search through to adapt your knowledge around the CRM and other add on's. We're extremely happy with what the CRM gives us and how its adapted in the 4 years of using it!

Bullhorn is a great ATS and CRM that fits our business requirements, It is far more complex than our previous ATS, so needs more attention and support. We are lucky to have Irene as our Relationship Manager who helps us to navigate through the options.
A genuine partnership
As a point of contact for our company with Bullhorn I can say that the level of support received is at a high standard and feels like a genuine partnership.
Customer success calls feel meaningful and as if an outsourced part of our own admin/support team.
There are new features added on a regular basis and the overall platform and integrated systems are user friendly and effective.

User friendly for all Users
User friendly for all Users. After going through the initial on-board into the organisation we are looking forward to using the software to its full capacity. Our staff have taken to using the software very quickly and noted its ease of use.
Super-Users have excellent support from the Support Team, which have aided with integration across other software systems such as LinkedIn
