This product is awful
This product is awful. It is slow, is always having issues, and right when you are in the middle of using it, it craps all over the place and needs to be rebooted. I wish my company would buy something better because I DESPISE Bullhorn. Makes my recruiting life miserable.

I've worked with Bullhorn as a client at various recruitment agencies for the last six years and have been consistently impressed by the level of service, product support, and quality of service from the wonderful people who work there.
As a self-declared Bullhorn Enthusiast, I've enjoyed pushing the product to its limits, and I've been fortunate to have plenty to explore. The new CoPilot product is particularly noteworthy; it's easy to set up and incredibly powerful for increasing user engagement.
Gary and Ben have done an excellent job setting up a community of like-minded individuals through the focus groups. This has fostered a collaborative environment where ideas and best practices are shared freely. It is clear leadership at Bullhorn are connected to their customers and work to provide quality products directly or through their marketplace.
I've been lucky to work with some experienced and motivated Account Management and Customer Success teams, which have helped me get the most out of the product and truly enjoy my roles.
Ollie and David work brilliantly together, enabling their clients to test new ideas efficinently.
Marc and Allan's experience provides stability during periods of change.
Bullhorn's support team is also impressive, addressing a wide variety of issues quickly and effectively. They are always clear and helpful. Special mention goes to Greg McKenna, who consistently goes above and beyond to build genuine connections and provide flawless support.
I was introduced to Jay at the REC expo…
I was introduced to Jay at the REC expo in London in March. We were looking for a new database that had everything and customer service in the UK and people that would visit the office to train and talk about the product. Jay and his team did just that. He understood our pain points and what was important to us. The service we received was better than expected !
Great all-round system
I would give 4.5 stars if possible.
We moved to Bullhorn just over a year ago, from an off-the-shelf CRM which we had heavily integrated with in-house functionality (e.g. unusual business tracks, payroll, invoicing).
In the new CRM we were looking to simplify our software stack and standardise it whilst keeping our varied business channels viable. There are not many systems out there with enough flexibility to do that. Bullhorn convinced us with much patience during a long and excellent pre-sales process that the ATS is fit for our requirements. The implementation phase was thorough, and since go-live the experiences of our consultants are generally very positive.
We started making use of ongoing reviews with the customer success team, looking at behaviours and processes, and though it feels we are still at the beginning of our journey we are getting more and more out of Bullhorn.
Why 4.5 stars and not 5? As in any big and complex system there are places where history starts peeping through. And as a browser-based system there naturally are certain limitations, for example with field validations. But Bullhorn ATS does most of the things we want it to do extremely well. I am not sure a 5 star system exists.
Bullhorn apps seamlessly integrate and they support you to get the most out of their systems
My company has been using Bullhorn ATS for a number of years and are generally happy with it. We've recently decided to transfer to Bullhorn for their Analytics and Automation systems as well (replacing existing vendors). The implementation process for Analytics has been seamless. The initial set up for go-live worked well and they provided great training. Since going live, I have found their Support excellent and responsive as we tweak it to meet our needs post go-live.
Bullhorn provide regular meetings with our assigned Customer Success Analyst which has really helped us get the most out of the main ATS system.
