Bullhorn apps seamlessly integrate and they support you to get the most out of their systems
My company has been using Bullhorn ATS for a number of years and are generally happy with it. We've recently decided to transfer to Bullhorn for their Analytics and Automation systems as well (replacing existing vendors). The implementation process for Analytics has been seamless. The initial set up for go-live worked well and they provided great training. Since going live, I have found their Support excellent and responsive as we tweak it to meet our needs post go-live.
Bullhorn provide regular meetings with our assigned Customer Success Analyst which has really helped us get the most out of the main ATS system.
The best CRM / ATS out there
We've been with Bullhorn for over 10 years and during that time we have have looked a number of alternatives, not out of any dissatisfaction but just to ensure that we have the best technology available to our consultants.
However, nothing I've seen comes close to being able to match Bullhorn from a product, innovation and, just as importantly, customer success and technical support stand point.

Powerful functionality, easy to use, highly customizable to your specific requirements, technically 100% up to date with a lot of features to integrate the system into your existing IT (e.g. Mail, Website, ChatGPT or customer made applications).
Support questions (also prio low issues) are quickly answered and the answers do always provide good solutions. Staff is friendly and technically competent.
The software is not cheap, but definitely worth its price.

The secret to Bullhorn is definitely the staff. It's always very easy to get in touch with someone at Bullhorn whether it's support, account managers or the product heads. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable in their given area and are always happy to talk, provide assistance or take on feedback.
The round table events for each product owned by Bullhorn also goes a long way towards this.
It makes the product feel like it's managed and built by people rather than a faceless organisation.
Game Changer
Bullhorn has been a game changer for our business. With the ability to integrate with other systems so easily, it has allowed us to streamline our business, removing a lot of old manual processes! Bullhorn automation has also enabled us to automate countless repetitive yet important tasks for consultants, giving them back valuable time. Marc Jarvis has always been on hand to help with any queries we have, and to facilitate demos with additional Bullhorn products when requested.

Bullhorn - An excellent ATS / CRM (and related solutions)
We have used Bullhorn's ATS / CRM for well over 10 years and would not consider moving to an alternative provider as it's an excellent recruitment database with impressive searching facilities.
We also use Bullhorn Analytics which, for any recruitment leader is, IMO, an essential - for a stats geek like myself it's heaven as it's incredibly thorough and generally simple to use. The gamification side of things could do with some work though.
I also like the way a significant number of recruitment tech providers can easily connect / sync with Bullhorn which, in turn, saves us time with the admin side of things and allows our recruiters to focus on the business generating parts of their roles.

Big leap for us to move CRMs so soon in but confident it was the right thing to do. We weren't an easy customer as we needed to make sure we got it right this time, being a stickler for detail with back and forth questions comparing multiple platforms. Overall went with Bullhorn because of the transparency and great experience from Jay Roberts. We felt we were in good hands and all our concerns were covered. Most confident move we've made to date, the system is exactly what we were needing and covers everything we wanted, plus we have work arounds which we could plan for thanks to the transparency from Jay. The team at Bullhorn always go above and beyond to support their customers! Whether it's a support ticket, implementation process or demo of a new product the level of knowledge and support is always exceptional.
There are many recruitment CRMs out there, but Bullhorn looks after its customers in a way that no other CRM does. Recently they have started hosting in-person events at their London HQ spearheaded by Jay Roberts. The events provide practical ideas, advice and knowledge on how to use the Bullhorn ecosystem best and you get to meet others who are in a similar position.
