These guys are the real deal. Fully customized, shoes filled with nostalgia! The shoes are made from quality materials and in small runs (50 or less). So, you're getting a super rare and super cool shoe that you'll wish you bought multiples of. I buy one pair to wear and one for display. The jackets and shirts are quality as well!

The issues that the negative reviews have are likely people who lack reading comprehension. Every order is a preorder and those preorders come with estimated lead times. Those lead times are either shorter or longer, depending on the manufacturer hired, but if it's longer it's because Thom and team absolutely will not accept sub-standard quality. As consumers, we are asked to confirm that we acknowledge each order is a preorder. You will receive your order and it'll be better in person.

LOVE THEIR SHOES! I also loved the great customer service. I messed up ordering my horror bundle. Not only did I get an email back quickly, but I also got a call from the company to make sure my order went through properly. Love these guys! Incredible company!

They make great shoes. Shipping takes a while but it is always marked as shipping at a later date so that doesn’t bother me. Stuff happens when making product and they do a great job at quality control and make sure you get a great product. Everything I have received from them has been outstanding. Also they are extremely upfront with everything during there weekly updates!

I've ordered a few pairs of shoes through Bull airs, every pair I've received have been of amazing quality and extremely well designed. The website is easy to navigate, and the one time I had to talk to customer service about a coupon issue, I was contacted within minutes and the issue resolved. Will continue to be a customer.

Paid for shoes '2/24' that I haven't received 11/24. Horrible customer service. No guaranteed date of delivery or shipping on anything you order.

Scammers. I tried to cancel my order, yes I was out of the 48 hour preorder timeframe their site says. They wouldn't cancel the order even though the shoes weren't done. I filed with PayPal and magically they shipped the shoes. Or so I thought. They sent a t-shirt instead, not even a large box with it in it to look like shoes were inside. Then told PayPal the shoes were made as advertised when PayPal changed my claim from not received to not as described and sent a picture of a box of shoes. No proof that they were shipped, just an open box of the shoes. Didn't even have a tracking number on that box. Could have been any box. So now they're trying to say I got my shoes when they sent me a shirt and keep my money without even giving me the shoes. Could have avoided all of this by just cancelling the order.

Yes they work on a pre order basis but the wait is 100% worth it.
