Everyone at Bull Airs is top notch!! The products are amazing, service is white glove and I truly enjoy interacting with them. If you’re looking for amazing unique products and want to support a growing US based business look no further!

Like all good things of quality--they require patience. These are high quality, made to high standards--most are pre-orders so you will have to wait. But just as you wait for your meal at a nice restaurant, a good meal takes adequate preparation and time. Or you can always go to McDonalds and get what you pay for (BTW even Bull Air's parody of McDs kicks are epic too-and they do it better)

This is a fantastic company, making original and quality products they are passionate about.

These aren't products made merely for profit, they really care about their customers, the small details that really stand out.

They are real people, approachable--their FB group really is a community in itself. They tend to value real customers instead of resellers and that makes a huge difference. I have a couple dozen of their shoes now. Hard to pick a favorite or not want to pick up a new release!

The product quality is beyond expectations. Customer service is hands down the best I've dealt with in years. Thank you to the entire company. Have purchased 5 pairs and cant wait for the next ones!

These guys are incredible. I've never had any interest in rare, niche shoes, until I saw some Bull Airs a couple years ago. Since then I've bought over a dozen pairs of shoes from them. The shoes are high quality and I get compliments every time I wear them.

That said, they are a small company with small company quirks. All shoe drops are pre-orders, so you pay before the shoes are ever made. Sometimes production gets delayed. Sometimes orders get stopped at customs and shipped back to the manufacturer. You MIGHT wait a long time for some of your shoes. But they are very transparent about these things. They Livestream, usually once or twice a week, to give people updates, let them ask questions, give sneak peaks at early production of shoes, shoes that are still being designed, etc. If Livestream isn't your jam, they have an updates page with production info on their website.

I recently got scammed by someone in the community selling some rare, out-of-production shoes. When I reached out to Bull Airs to let them know the guy was scamming people in the community(I was not the only one) they shipped me a huge box, full of things relating to fandoms they knew I was interested in from previous purchases, sneakers values higher than what I'd lost, and a note apologizing for the issue. It wasn't their fault I made that mistake, nor was it their responsibility to reimburse me for it. But they felt bad it happened and did what they could to soften the blow.

While I don't work a customer facing job anymore, I did for decades. This is the type of service provided by people with heart, that care about their customers and want to leave an impression. And they've done that for me. Cannot recommend them enough.

Outstanding product and staff!

I wouldn't, you shouldn't own a pair of fake Nike. But designer for this price...

Products are great, you have to wait a few months for these beauties to be made but it’s worth it. The whole crew (Gary, Thom, Brendan and Mark) have always been great with any issue I’ve had, which is few. They have a dedicated CS guy now so you get replies super fast and Brendan packs with great care. Don’t listen to the few negative people here, they either don’t know how preorders work or want something that’s not possible due to the custom nature of these items. Don’t think twice about using them, you’ll be happy you did. Just an awesome small business that is getting more cool stuff all the time.

Recently got in my collection from the May 4th collection and physical in hand products were not done justice from their marketing. These things are AMAZING!

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and Lack of Compassion

I sent several emails to Gary and Thom of Bull Airs, asking to cancel a few pre-orders I had made. Unfortunately, my wife has developed severe medical issues over the past six months (liver failure), and she is now unable to work, creating a serious financial strain on our family.

Despite explaining my situation, Gary ignored all of my emails. Thom eventually replied, saying, "Please refer to our return policy on our store site. Refunds are only eligible within 48 hours of a preorder. Any products you're not happy with can be returned for store credit as advertised."

I followed up multiple times, asking if they could make an exception given the extraordinary circumstances. Both Thom and Gary chose to ignore every subsequent message.

Their website advertises that they are “good guys,” but based on my experience, that couldn’t be further from the truth. Their customer service is severely lacking, and production dates are consistently delayed.

In the end, I had to file several disputes with my credit card company just to recover my money — something I should never have had to do if they had any empathy or professionalism. Because of how they handled this, they’ve not only lost my business but also any future referrals I might have made.

I strongly recommend avoiding Bull Airs at all costs.

Fantastic company! Most perfect customer shoes, love how the company and its fans interact and couldn't ask for better customer service when anything is wrong.

I had a wonderful experience with them. I purchased a gift for my bf and didn't notice until it was out for delivery that I forgot to include my apt number. I reached out to them by email to see if they could help me, and they were totally fast to respond and offered me a solution that went beyond my expectations, and were super understanding and helpful. As someone who also works for a small business, I understand feedback from those who've worked with them goes a long way. I am forever grateful for their team and I know that my bf is going to love the jacket that they created. They are very creative individuals and I hope to be a returning customer with them for their future products! I also hear they do booths at some conventions and events, so I hope to run into them sometime and give them a hug or a high five for the excellent customer service and products.

Great company run by a great crew of guys. Things can sometimes take a little longer to receive as a lot of items are pre order but I’ve always received what I’ve ordered and the items are always above expectation! I have 3 different pairs of the sneakers. They all feel as quality as Nike or any other name brand you would buy!

All in all a great small business that really cares about their customers. They are constantly updating us on timelines and delays, if any. (emails, dedicated website updates, and social media updates)

If other companies cared as much about their clients as much as Bull Airs the world would be a better place.

Have been ordering since last February and it’s been a journey. It’s always exciting to get that tracking number and to see them in person. Have had lots of favorite pairs and have gifted family members some other pairs and everyone loved it. Customer service in my experience has been 10000%. The live streams, customer service email, and the response time are always helpful.

The designs are awesome but there’s always those special few designs that speak to me. Will be ordering for as long as I can.

I personally only have the Bart Simpsons but they are incredibly well made. They put in maximum effort into all the details. I display them proudly and sometimes wear them around the house.
I will have multiple products landing before the years out to give a proper full brand review of more stuff like sneaker heads, lace locks and tees. Plus I'll have multiple shoes I will For Sure wear to the ground and I'll be gifting to family that will definitely wear them as much as possible.
As a company I think they're super creative and really tapping into great markets. They definitely learn from mistakes and step up and update designs fairly often. As a designer and merch maker that is always updating old work; I really respect that.
The price tag isn't for everyone but it's worth treating yourself sometimes and This is the company to treat yourself with!
Support small businesses and good people that give you great work and really care about their customers.

Love Bull Airs, my husband and I have both ordered from them and let me just tell you they are worth the wait! If you love nostalgia and customs this is the place!

Thom and his team are seriously the best out there. They consistently are looking for fun and creative ways to connect with their customers by exploring collaboration with different pop culture brands that people have come to love. Thom takes his creative mind and along with his team come up with amazing products that are only the dreams of many.

Bullairs are basically the real-life version of catching a rare Pokémon. Once you have them, everyone else just looks jealous and under-leveled.
