I recently sold a luxury bag to this company, and my experience has been positive overall. Their team is very responsive and communication has been prompt and professional throughout the process. I also appreciate that they provide an insured shipping label, which gives me peace of mind when shipping valuable items.

There are a couple of areas that could be improved. Currently, photos have to be submitted via email rather than uploaded directly through their website, which is a bit inconvenient. I also felt a little uncomfortable being asked to upload my ID due to privacy concerns.

Other than that, the experience has been smooth so far, and I would definitely consider working with them again!

If you’re looking to sell your bags outright rather than go through the consignment process, this is definitely the place to go! I purchased a few items from this store and I made one return. My third order arrived almost one week late, due to weather conditions.
After examining the handbag, I decided to return it and my request was denied because the return window expired. After contacting the company, the answer was that they will do me a favor and let me return the item, but they will charge me a 15% restocking fee, but that’s not all. They also told me that I am falling into the “excessive return” category. How is this possible? Their merchandise is indeed exquisite, the packaging is absolutely amazing, but beware of the customer service.
I will return to Couture USA and never again buy from Dallas Handbags because of their obtuse view of the return policy. They don’t realize that by having poor customer service, they are sending customers away. Too bad!

ALL of my experiences with Dallas Designer Handbags have been positive. In fact, they have been exceptional. The selection of bags and other small leather goods is impressive, their quality is also impressive for pre-loved, and their entire team is SO VERY KIND, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Mr. Rafiq, Zoya, Teresa, Russel, Reem, Hola and Brie are so fun to visit, and it's always a pleasure working with them. Zoya has been especially helpful to me, and I even consider her a friend. I have never been disappointed with my experience at DDH, and it's honestly always a sincere pleasure to shop here...and to buy here! I am a fan. Five starts ALL THE WAY.
