Erg duur voor wat het is,ik raad mensen af om daar naar toe te gaan .

The experience was fantastic and well orchestrated. The bubble themes were well thought of and cool.

The reason this isn’t a 5 star is that my family’s experience was ruined by rude ignorant staff. The lady in the shop was vile and everyone else was either swearing or on their phones.

The only reason I even gave this a star is the guy behind the draw and scan counter was really nice, and took an interest in helping everyone out. I would love to go again, but yeah new staff please!

I'm actually extremely disappointed by this experience, it was very expensive and really not the way it was advertised. Even from the start charging £2 per item for a cloak room after already spending over £50 for 2 tickets. The staff were not very friendly either. But then the experience is absolutely ruined by the extreme number of people they are letting in all at the same time. Some of the rooms there was no point even staying in. It certainly isn't a place where you recharge your soul. Really disappointed and wasted time,money and travelling for this! The outside areas and toilets were grubby and dirty looking too. Not impressed.

Paid close to £130 for a group of 5 and found it to be an extremely underwhelming experience. Most of the rooms were quite small and we were forced to move out quickly due to the crowd behind us. The kids did like it- but it was definitely not worth how much we paid. There were a few rooms that were just plain boring. A few were good.

The flower candy floss at the end was a total rip off too. Tasted like chemicals (more so than the regular candy floss) and was pretty awful. Overall, the kids liked it- but got bored quite quickly. Not worth the sum we paid.

I saved up for months to buy tickets for my son’s birthday, especially with the cost of living being so high. It took a lot of effort to save that money. Unfortunately, on the day of the event, my son got sick, and we couldn’t make it. I reached out to the customer service team to kindly ask if we could reschedule. I wasn’t asking for a refund—just a chance to go another day.
The response I got was incredibly cold and unsympathetic. It felt so inhuman, especially after how much effort I put into saving for this special day. I’m really disappointed with how they handled the situation. If you’re considering this place, I’d suggest avoiding it if you can.

Carísimo, y encima de eso si quieres volver a ver algo no te dejan. El recorrido se hace una sola vez. La realidad virtual no está incluida en el precio. Salimos muy indignados y desilusionados. Decepcionante.

Not ideal for adults I’d say even though their website says it’s for both. Also it’s absolutely rip off even to keep your bags at the reception is £2.00 and parking £10.00 just for a very limited activity

La aplicación FEVER funciona fatal, nos h cobrado los tiquets regalo y hemos tenido que pagar a parte. Así que la experiéncia más que un regalo ha sido una tortura. Además que nos han cobrado para dejar el cochecito y también para ver con las gafas 3D. No lo recomendamos y menos con niños. Algunos trabajadores no han sido muy amables, supongo que también deben estar mal pagados’

This place is an absolute rip-off and a complete waste of money! It’s ridiculously overpriced for what it offers. They have a cloakroom, but they shamelessly charge £2 for every single item—pure greed! There’s no parking, which is incredibly inconvenient, and to top it off, some of the rooms were under renovation, but they still had the audacity to charge full price. The worst part is the staff—they’re shockingly rude, unhelpful, and clearly don’t care about customers. There are far better places to visit that don’t rob you blind or treat you so poorly. Do yourself a favor and avoid this nightmare at all costs

Bubble planet Barcelona:Totalmente Inflexibles! Quería hacer la fiesta de cumpleaños allí y como pone que son min. 7 entradas pues he comprado las 7 (120€) entradas! Al registrar por sala de cumpleaños, me dice el sistema que tengo que comprar OTRA VEZ 7 entradas! Hablando con atención al cliente, llamando a diferentes oficinas, emitiendo tickets de atención al cliente, NADIE me puede ayudar. Todos me dicen que el registro de la sala de cumpleaños TIENE QUE SER al través del link, aunque YA he comprado las entradas! No entienden que hecho las cosas al revés, aunque la solución es tan fácil-->Avisar de que la sala ya está reservada, ni eso podían hacer! al final tenemos un cumpleaños, sin sala, sin canciónes y sin pastel!! 120€ gastado para no tener una sala! Pero que cumpleaños es ese?

My bubble planet experience was horrible we walked in and was greated with a waffle smell of white chocolate and waffles,first room was ok.And the ball pit was super bad I got in and didn't notice that there was something on the balls but I saw a brown splatter on most of them I was hoping this was not poo.the next room had a bouncy castle well it wasn't a castle but the kids were jumping on it and the staff walked in saying KIDS NO JUMPING ONLY RESTING AND LAYING*I was disappointed because the only bubble int his place was a bubble at the end hope you find this helpful and have a nice day.

Se me pone el niño malo un día antes de ir me pongo en contacto con ellos para hacer un rembolso o al menos cambiar el día y me dicen que eso no es posible no me dan ninguna solución…. 50 euros a la basura esta gente no empatiza con nadie me parece muy feo el trato recibido sin duda no me quedaré con las ganas de visitarlo

Bien, sin más...pero mucha gente y no me pareció bien que para ver la experiencia inmersiva hubiese que pagar más a más 3€, cuando el precio ya me pareció excesivo (casi 20€)
Decir también que el proceso de compra con Fever y su política de no devolución me parece drástica e injusta, sobre todo cuando te equivocas al comprar

Muy divertido para niños y adultos,se pasa un buen rato.

Kids enjoyed the day and was fairly good overall there are lots of hidden costs.

Booking system £2 per person added on each booking. They say there are 10 rooms which is true but one of them is a VR headset room so you can only do this room if you then pay another £3 per person when you get to the room.

On top of that they don’t even have lockers and instead have a clock room where they charge £2 per item.

General feedback is fun but it’s all about the money grab. Staff were pretty useless overall

Precio es exagerado para la experiencia. La experiencia de realidad virtual se paga aparte, nos ha parecido un timo.

Great 1st experience to enjoy ten plus activities rooms and appreciate the staff help especially young girl Marwa was a great help.

Mi hija lo pasó bomba

Great fun for all ages. Highly recommended for a complete sensory experience and to get to know the world of bubbles more!
