Dirty
Dirty. Member of staff telling me it’s cleaned once a week or a month. She can’t remember which. Should be shut down.
Ich fand die Ausstellung total toll
Ich fand die Ausstellung total toll. Vor allem die Ballonfahrtsimulation war super gemacht! :-)
Expensive and not worth it
Expensive and not worth it! Avoid. Everything costs extra. Simple setup.
Overpriced and underwhelming
Overpriced and underwhelming
Dirty and lacking a genuine effort to create a worthwhile experience
The place was very busy
The place was very busy, disorganised and not very clean. It looked run down although it’s supposed to be new. It also has no on-site parking which was very annoying. Not worth the money or time!
I have just finished emailing fever venue
I have just finished emailing fever venue about the bad smell and ugly flooring.
Great marketing though!
We spent over 140$ yesterday and yes, it was rubbish!
No contact to change date.
Needed to change date as child was sick but company ignored all points of contact. £50 lost and a very sad little boy.
Rip off / appalling customer service
Absolutely outrageous. We spent over £100 on 3 tickets for Bubble Planet. You have to select “adult” ticket for an over 13. We bought 2x adult tickets and 1x child tickets. All VIP. When my 2 sons and their friend arrived (ages 13&11), they didn’t know they needed an over 18 with them. The person at the desk validated their tickets before checking that they had an over 18 with them. So they were turned away after travelling an hour to get there. On the phone the lady who worked there said you can rebook another time. But Bubble Planet / Fever have been completely computer says no about it, because “the tickets were validated”. They are no longer responding to my messages. Absolutely appalling and we will never try and go back, or use Fever for tickets anywhere again.
⚠️ DO NOT SUPPORT THEM
⚠️ DO NOT SUPPORT THEM. I bought tickets for my kids to take them to this place but my child got sick and was throwing up. I called them 2 hours before they opened and asked them for a refund and they refused.
Expensive! Worst place I’ve been to.
Went with my two boys today. Paid around £80 for VIP tickets which meant absolutely nothing.
It says it take about an hour and a half to go around the whole place , more like about 30 mins. There are about 7 rooms to go in and only about 3 are interactive. Place is smelly , dirty and run down.
There is a VR experience where being VIP lets to jump the queue, when we were in line I told the people it was for 3 people , the man took my two kids and set them up and left me standing there for about ten mins until he let me in!
The massive ball pit is filthy and stinks. They have a section with a screen where you can throw a ball to hit the bubbles but they had only one ball and all these kids wanting to play.
Honestly it’s a boring place , the kids enjoyed the balloon room and ball pit but I could take them to a soft play for less to enjoy those things. If it didn’t cost so much I would say it’s fine for a hour or so to let your kids run about for a while. They have a good area but it’s only a desert bar with waffles which cost about £10 per waffle and it’s nothing special. Plus not enough seating for people . Saw families sitting on the floor a lot.
Don’t waste your time and money
Overpriced, dirty & underwhelming
I honestly can’t believe how bad Bubble Planet London was. We paid £100 for four people, and it was a total rip-off from start to finish. The place was absolutely filthy, the smell hit us the moment we walked through the first room, and it was so bad we ended up rushing through just to get out.
The beanbags were disgusting, stained, and practically flat, and the whole space felt grimy and unkempt. The staff looked completely miserable and acted like they couldn’t care less, not exactly the “immersive experience” they advertise.
The final “highlight,” the bubble-blowing robot, didn’t even work properly. It was barely blowing any bubbles at all, and the crowd around us just stood there laughing in disbelief at how awful it was. It honestly felt like a parody of what we’d seen hyped up online.
We were done in about 40 minutes, and even that felt too long. The whole thing is massively overhyped, overpriced, and frankly unsanitary, I just hope we didn’t pick up a bug from how dirty everything was.
Save your money, your time, and your nose, this place is an absolute disaster.
Unexpected excellence on RI Avenue!
My husband and I took 4 grandkids ages 8, 8, 6, and 5. We had thought the experience might be more for toddlers, but it turned out to be perfect for kids in kindergarten through third grade. We especially liked the giant "swimming pool" filled three-feet deep white ball-pit balls. The kids could dive in, fall backwards, and disappear below the surface; chase one another, etc. Good for one adult to get in too, to pull kids back to the surface. We also loved watching a bubble fantasia on VR headsets. At another station, kids could draw colorful patterned fishes, scan them, and a few seconds later their fish appeared swimming in a coral-reef scene that stretched across a giant wall. Our kids liked it so much we went through all 11 environments twice. We were there over 3 hours.
Dear Bubble Planet Team,
Dear Bubble Planet Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my visit to Bubble Planet today.
My family and I live in Forest Gate, and my children had been eagerly looking forward to visiting Bubble Planet for a long time after seeing videos online. Today, we finally made the trip, and the kids were very excited to experience it.
Everything was fine until we reached the Dome area, where we were met with a very unpleasant and strong smell. The odour was so bad that it became difficult to breathe, and it continued throughout the corridor and into the balloon area. It smelled as though the area had not been cleaned properly for a long time. The smell intensified as we moved along, and I began to feel nauseous and had to sit down. I even had to use a perfumed tissue to mask the smell.
I spoke to one of your team members at the time and shared my feedback about this issue. However, as the smell became unbearable, I had to ask my husband and children to leave immediately. Unfortunately, this cut our visit short, and we were unable to enjoy or experience the attraction as intended.
This was extremely disappointing, especially given the excitement and anticipation my children had for this visit. Considering the circumstances, I kindly request a full refund for our tickets, as we were unable to enjoy the experience due to the unbearable conditions.
I have attached proof of our tickets to this email for your reference.
Please take this complaint seriously and ensure that similar issues are addressed so that other visitors do not face the same situation.
I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
Kind regards,
Bubble Planet Wembley
I went to Bubble Planet Wembley with my partner and our 18-month-old son, and it was a complete letdown. The place does not live up to the social media advertising at all.
Instead of a fun, immersive family experience, it felt like an overpriced and poorly put together pop-up inside a warehouse.
It was overcrowded, especially in the smaller areas, which made it stressful with a toddler. To make matters worse, the venue smelt awful! like a mix of pee, body odour, popcorn, and curry. It was really unpleasant to be in, and certainly not worth the ticket price.
Overall, it was underwhelming, uncomfortable, and badly organised. I would not recommend Bubble World Wembley to anyone, especially families with young children.
Good photos but dirty and stinks
Looks great in photos but the whole place stank of stale pee… to the point I just wanted to rush round to get it over with. Kids enjoyed the ball pit but it just smelled so bad. Can’t believe what I paid for a family of 4 to get in. You will get cool photos but that’s about the only positive I can give
Fun experience
Recently visited Bubble Planet in Wembley. A group of 5 went 3 adults and 2 children not sure who had the most fun! Despite what people say it is very clear what you can and can’t take in on their website and you do not have to leave your belongings we had a small backpack and took it round with us. My son who has sensory needs absolutely loved the experience and felt very at ease and loved exploring each room, that’s not to say it’s for all sensory children and they are all different and it does get busy, we just hung back. It was very busy but we expected that but the rooms were fun, took around an hour you could take longer or quicker if you wish. We didn’t rush and didn’t feel rushed. Overall we enjoyed it and I would go back if I was in the area just too see my children’s faces whilst exploring each room. It was clean, bar and snacks very overpriced but that’s expected in that area, didn’t use the vr experience as my children didn’t fancy it. It was clean enough despite being busy. I would say read the website on the do and do nots and extra charges as it is all on there.
Employees are thieves & very dirty
This area is known for being a huge area for trafficking. Also this specific place is very dirty, you can see the dirt on the interactive displays and caked on the floors, ect. Their employees are also thieves. My daughter lost a personnel item, I went back to get it. I was told by an employee it was in their possession, he remember seeing it, as it was a very distinct collectors item and he proceeded to go check the back, and the lost and found. It had been a period of three days since she had left it. This same employee was also there the day we visited and the item was lost. After checking the lost and found, and the back he stated they no longer had it, meaning one of the employees over the course of the last three days had stolen her personnel item. She cried for this item for days.
Honest review
It's a nice experience for older children. However my 6 year old who is autistic with sensory processing delay and global development delay found it very overwhelming too crowded and overstimulating as staff kept yelling no running, no jumping and don't touch the inflatables. If it was more thought out the experience probably would've been different but with any autistic child having lots of rules yelled at you at once can be overwhelming and even with vip passes to apparently avoid queues didn't go to plan as he still had to queue up. Other than that my 5 year old enjoyed most of it but he got bored after 2 sections
