It is the worst company when it comes to their services. We bought from them a fridge, a stove and a i-cook ceramic electro cooker, which is broken since September 23. We went to the shop we bought it from 5 times till now, and made countless phone calls. They always agree to come to repair the cooker, and fixed appointments for it, they NEVER showed up. اشتريت لاب توب اونلاين من بي تك يوم ١٣/٣/٢٠٢٤ ووصل يوم ١٩/٣/٢٠٢٤ و دفعت التمن كاش ووفتحت اللاب توب لقيته النوع مختلف عن اللي طلبته و حجم الهارد 72.6 GB و الهارد اللي موجود علي الموقع 500 GB عملت شكوي بعد ربع ساعة من الاستلام يعني في نفس اليوم و طلبت اني ارجع اللاب توب قالولي خلال ٣ ايام و طلبوا صور علي الواتساب بعتها رجعوا طلبوا نفس الصور علي الايميل بعتها و صعدت الشكوي ٥ مرات كل مرة يقولولي هتتحل خلال ٢٤ ساعة النهاردة عدي ١٠ ايام ولا حياة لمن تنادي لا انصح بالشراء من خلال الموقع

٢-كل موظف بيحط قواعد للقسط حسب مزاجه.مثلا .زملاء اشتروا قسط بمفردات المرتب
روحت اشترى موظف طلب برنت تامينىومش عايز
مفردات المرتب. ترجع تشترى موظف يبعتك لموظف لغاية ما تلف على ٥ موظفين والله بلا مبالغة وكل واحد يقعد يبص فى الورق ويسالك عندك عربية موديل كام عند عيال كام عيل وانت هتشترى تليفزيون.
وفى الاخر يقولك عايزين ورق تانى كمان.
من الاخر بى تك هتشترى كاش أو قسط غالى وبضاعة رديئة.
حاجة مهمة جدا جدا لو الموظف عايزك تكتب ريفيو جيد عنه هيخلصلك اجراءاتك بسرعة ويطلب منك تكتب ريفيو جيد عنه ولو نسيت هيتصل عليك.والله ده حصل مع زملاء ليه فى الشغل.
من الاخر منصحش اي حد يشترى من بى تك.لان الموظفين بفرع الغردقة مفيش حد بيحاسبهم .
اسوء من المصالح الحكومية بكتيرررررر.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever! They are thieves with a license to steal! I placed my order with payment with delivery on January 16th, a gift for my birthday. A Bosh kitchen machine whose cost was 4,900 egp. Once the order has been placed, I receive confirmation on my mobile phone and email that the order has been placed and that the product will be sent to me on January 23rd. After that nothing! On January 23rd I called BTech and they told me that my order had been canceled as my telephone number did not exist!!! I would like to point out that I received confirmation of my order both via email and via text message. At which point the operator opens a complaint and tells me to wait 72 hours. I wait 72 hours and guess what? They ask me to wait another 24!!! They don't give me answers! Now, the same product I ordered COSTS TWICE AS BEFORE. They are thieves without scruples and without shame!

Sadly I am writing to complain on the staff of city stars branch , the worst in customer service, I asked for Samsung TV , the sales man told me I have 28 pieces on stock at 10th of Ramada store , I told him I will be back to buy , next day different sales man met me , he said sorry we can not sell we are on stock taking and asked for my cell phone to call me , I waited for him to call me he never called , I went back to store and asked to buy the TV, he said sorry we don't have ?? I explained to him the above and this is the 4th time to come and he was cold and never care , this is a great example of typical behavior to lose business, I wrote this complain and I am sure that no response will take place unfortunately??

Btech the worst customer support ever
It is the worst company i have dealt with ever for these reasons:
1) Their customer support number 19966 and their whatsapp numbers are both totally and uterly useless who just have one thing to say "we will register a complain and someone would answer you in 72 hours" do you want to return the product 72 hours for response, exchanges 72 hrs, have a problem 72 hrs, have a question even a simple one 72 hrs. you see the point here
2) There is no numbers you can contact the exact branch from even the call center don't have branch numbers (or more realistically won't give it to you) so you just have to go there or take the number of some worker there inofficially ofcourse in case of an issue that can only be reolved from the branch
3) The call center/online sell their products from branches inside clubs although they are specifically member only branches. and if God forbid you had issue that needed you to go to the branch you will not be able to enter. I have been in contact with the branch manager and he told me to contact him when i reached there but ofcourse he didn't respons and i waited for like 30 minutes and by cheer coicendence found someone I know leaving the club so i asked him to let me enter and pay an entrance fee which was doubled due to being in the holiday and no body refunded me this money or apologized.
4) I bought an AC carrier inverter for which i paid full in cash on delivery. On the day that was scheduled for installation and after nearly completing the installation they were sursprised that the piepes of different specifications !!!
5) I made a call to the call center and ofcourse they asked to wait for 72 hours and after 7 days not 72 hours but more than 172 hours and after I went to Carrier and customer protection agency and they falt out lied to them:
a) they said that i bought from a branch which clearly didn't happen but I bought from the call center directly
b) they said they contacted me which they clearly didn't
c) they said they told me to go to the branch and exchange it there where the branch written in the receipt is in another governate plus it is their problem in the first place not mine so why should i travel all this way for such grave mustake by their end ?
6) When i tried to return the product they simplied said well you opened it so we can't return unless it is faulty !!! where clearly it is their assemply employee who opened it without checking that everything was fine first (how the hell would I know the pipes and their measurements before opening ??) so clearly its their mistake and i should be able to return it.
To sum things up never buy from this company especially cash however sweet the deal is unless you are prepared for endless headaches in case of any problem

One word. Do not use this company either branches or on line. Both are usles. Bought TV, delivery from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Stayed home all day, many calls to customer service, and finaly a complain that the item did not arrive with a response in 72 hours.

انا عميل لديكم من زمان وتجاربي سيئة من بداية التعامل ومش باتعلم بارجع اشتري منكم تاني بس المرة دي اخر مرة. قمت بشراء شاشة LG اونلاين بالامس ولما استلمتها طلع المقاس صغير شوية والصورة علي النت موضحه ان اكبر من مقاسه الفعلي. كلمت الكول سنتر لاستبدالها بشاشة اكبر رفضو علي الرغم ان الفاتورة مكتوب عليها استبدال واسترجاع في حدود ٣٠ يوم وده بحجة ان الكارتونة اتفتح السوليتيب بتاعها. قلت لهم مندوبكم هو اللي اصر يفتحها علشان اوقع له باستلام الشاشة سليمة وكمان كل ملحقات الشاشة من ريموت لقاعدة الشاشة لازالت مغلفة في علبة مغلقة والكرتونة تم اغلاقها ايضا بمعرفة المندوب.
اصرار غريب يتنافي مع قانون المستهلك وقواعد الشركة. انا عميل لديكم وتاريخ شرائي بمبالغ كبيرة.

شركة بى تك هى اسوء شركة فى التعامل حيث قمت بشراء اجهزة تكييف على الموقع الخاص بهم و تم سحب القيمة من حسابى بالبنك و بعد ذلك افادت الشركة ان التكييفات غير موجودة من الاساس ، ولذلك لا انصح بالتعامل معها اطلاقا فهى شركة فى منتهى السوء
