Always bought Otterbox cases for my phones and for the first time a case started to come apart. Thankfully the warranty was honoured and a replacement issued highly recommended.

Otterbox is an ie domain but not operating in Ireland. They made a mistake, no harm in that, and shipped the wrong product. I asked for a swap, but they didn't have the right product for my phone, and they insisted I had to post the return by tracked post to their base in Netherlands, which was going to cost me €9
Several exchanges later by email and I give up. You can keep my €11.50 for the wrong product. Don't deal with these people assuming they are in Ireland and will help you when they make a mistake.

Incredibly slow delivery, useless case
Incredibly slow delivery, but that was only the start of the issue, ordered the Fre case for my new iPhone 17 pro max, when the phone is in the case it doesn't work as a phone, the sound is muffled on my side and the person on the other end of the call can't hear me at all.
I emailed customer support, after 2 days I got an email, and they clearly hadn't read mine, as they just sent me a link to the YouTube video to install the case, and told me to contact customer support.
I'm a long time OtterBox user, over 10+ user, but this is the end of it, over €70 on a case I can't use.

The company failed to use my letterbox or leave my package with a neighbour for TWO PHONE CASES!!! I guarantee the package was slim enough to fit through a letterbox. If I had ordered with Amazon, I wouldn't have had to deal with this BS.

I ordered a case and a screen protector on the 16th of November 2024. I received it almost A MONTH LATER!!! When I didn't receive it when promised I reached out to them only to get some automatic responses with absolutely zero reference to my queries. When I requested order cancelation they responded that suddenly they can't because they shipped the same day and I can return it but have to pay for shipping the items back to the Netherlands. Obviously that would make no sense as it would cost me the same as the products. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER OTTERBOX PRODUCT EVER AGAIN. Not for myself, not for my family. And I'll make sure that anyone I know is aware of their customer approach.

If I could leave less than 1 I would. Nil customer service and whilst .ie it takes weeks to arrive from Holland. Avoid buy on e.bay and Chinese seller will be quicker and cheaper
Very misleading practices
Very misleading practices. Told my order would be delivered within a number of days and when this was missed and a query was sent, they told me that the delivery was coming from the Netherlands and would take a lot longer than a few days to even arrive into the country. Avoid!

I ordered a MagSafe cover on 17th February.Supposed to be shipped but no sign of it .It is 23rd March now.I had a problem with them before but had forgotten when I ordered this time.They should be closed down
OtterBox refund - computer says no. Do not buy online from OtterBox
Ordered a phone case one week ago and heard nothing. Checked the tracking and the courier has not received it. Contacted OtterBox and got the following:
It appears there was a delay with our bulk order which has resulted in several orders being delayed. Also, please be advised that we are unable to cancel or modify your order as we use an automated system.
They advertise items as available that they do not have in stock and dont know when they will get them. But they will take your money and refuse to refund it because they have an 'automated system'. Thievery!

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering online. Delivery took 12 days and then the wrong product was sent.
When I contacted customer service they offered to send me a replacement product or a refund. I opted for the refund and over a month later this has not been processed. Customer service now denying that the refund was offered.
Buy elsewhere.
Order from somewhere else, delivery takes forever

Horribble customer service
I made a mistake ordering a case that in the pictures looked like it had a front cover, when it arrived i notice it did not (pictures where a bit unclear), i proceed to ask for a return form so I can get the right one, so after a day I get the label with instructions how to send it back which I proceed to do on a register mail, more than a month has passed customer service stopped answering me when the tracking number is used it says that package was not delivered to them because no one was there, then that it was refused with no reason.
At this point case seems to be missing, refund will never be credited and my chances of ordering anything from them in the future are slim to none.
So not only I got to spend money on a case that I do not have anymore because I send it to them with the information they provided but I also spend more on the shipping back, so even if i got it back now it would not make any sense to send it again.
Dreadful experience all around, something I have never happened to me with any other company, pity since their products seem to be good quality, at least they where when it was Lifeproof.

Otterbox did not protect my iphone 15 pro. The iPhone is almost new and i dropped it in dunnes stores and the glass back smashed inside the otterbox. The otterbox case itself is fine which is pointless. Wont be buying again.
Terrible service
Received my product and failed to charge and did not work with my device’s. Got and email to say that I am to send my details and have to wait for a replacement.
Only dispatched four days after buying
Slow service. I ordered a powerbank on Friday its now Tuesday night the following week and I get a dispatched notification, with a delivery ETA of the following Monday.. Just very lazy service, wish I'd known prior to purchase.

I ordered three airpod cases and an iPhone car vent holder on the 8th of December.
Otterbox billed me €89.99 but didn't send a confirmation email and didn't ship the goods. I don't have an order number (because they didn't confirm the order but did bill).
It is now the 28th of December (20 days since I ordered) I have emailed them on two separate occasions and have had no response.
This is really bad service and terrible that I have been billed, not received anything, and they are not responding to emails.

Use this site previously, amazing products. However last experience I received a faulty iPad case with keyboard.
I’ve tried to contact for support however no customer service phone number nor are they replying to any emails.
