I ordered earbuds from Btech and received a counterfeit product. I returned them via Aramex on February 21st but the driver never gave me a waybill. Btech then sent a second driver the next day for the same already-collected item. It's been weeks and they still haven't refunded my 740 EGP. I've filed a CPA complaint but Btech is still not responding. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Broken fridge with no invoice
I bought a fridge from them online. They sent it with a shipping company. The shipping company when the fridge was delivered said that it is not their responsibility to to check it. After they left i found a broken shelf. I called btech they always say they will submit a complain and someone will call me in 24 hours and never called. Unfortunately, they also didn't send an invoice as well. I didn't know what to do

TL;DR, I’ve lost all trust in this company. They don’t protect buyers, they don’t enforce accountability on sellers, and they actively prevent warnings from reaching other customers. This isn’t just poor service, this is fraud.
I ordered a phone, paid by Visa, and the order completely disappeared from my account, vanished! if I didn't have a screenshot, I'd have zero proof. Customer support was inconsistent, some even claimed the order didn't exist. Only through their mobile app could I find my order, but it showed no order number, no receipt, no proof of payment on my side! All Evidence was locked in their system.
When the phone arrived, it was the lower-spec version. I researched the seller and found on other reputable marketplaces that he's notorious for DELIBERATELY sending the cheaper models. But here, he had no reviews at all, I now know why.
I contacted customer support and was told I could ONLY return the phone if the box was "completely unopened," as if it was my fault! Luckily I hadn't unwrapped it yet. But it still took them over a week to arrange collection, and even then, they provided no documentation proving that I returned the product. Again, I had no proof, while they had both my money and the phone.
Days passed with no updates. Every time I called, I got the same scripted response: "your complaint is forwarded to management, they'll get back to you in 48h." Nobody ever did. Eventually, they admitted the seller had received the phone back but still hadn't refunded them, and they just "waited" for him to act! Almost a month later, I finally received an email that my money was refunded. No invoices, no documents, nothing to hold them accountable with. only wasted time and stress.
I tried leaving a respectful review about the seller to warn others. It was rejected by their third-party review system with the excuse: "we don't accept reviews for products that didn't work or weren't sent properly." In other words, you cannot leave reviews for scams, wrong items, or undelivered products!
Credit where it's due though, the delivery staff were the only part of this experience that worked properly.

I purchased a tablet online from B.TECH, but unfortunately, the product I received was used and faulty. The screen was not working from the very first minute I turned it on. I reported the issue to customer service, and they collected the tablet from me. However, it has been a month now with no updates, no communication, and no resolution to my problem. Very disappointing experience.

The callcenter called me and said they haven't invoice because the supplier they got it from, haven't given them invoice.
Although the policy in their website said no warranty or any rights without invoice.
