Got a Müv 15oz mug. The lid broke within 10 days. They say talk to Amazon, Amazon says talk to Brümate. Not worth it for poorly made junk.
Bought a few of these tumblers and…
Bought a few of these tumblers and Rotera for myself and gifts and in the beginning I was happy but after a while of everyday use I hand wash them and the lids are mot durable. They start to chip at hinges of the Bevlock and the Rotera for some reason as I am taking slips it makes noises where my co-workers started to look at me. So I decided to go and I found the Stanley Cup is more reliable. The people that I also gave as gifts seem to have the same problem with their Toddy so I have gotten them the Stanley Everyday Tumbler and they now seem happy.
Horrible Quality of Lid and no replacement
I bought this very expensive cup as a gift for my daughter. The lid that is not replaceable even if I pay for it broke within the first month. I wrote them just past the 60 warranty period. And they told me they will not do anything. So a $40 cup is just garbage. Avoid buying from this company with total lack of morals. Check the reviews, they are horrible across the board. I wish I would have checked prior to my purchase.

A complete disappointment — I will never order from them again
I placed a special order well in advance for Father’s Day: four personalized tumblers, carefully chosen with custom engravings to create a meaningful gift for my loved ones. What I received were four completely plain tumblers with zero customization, as if my order had never mattered.
The worst part wasn’t just the mistake — it was the horrendous customer service that followed. Instead of taking true responsibility, they offered vague apologies and unhelpful options that didn’t come close to making up for such a huge failure. What was supposed to be a heartfelt gesture turned into an upsetting and disappointing ordeal.
I feel like they wasted my time, my money, and the effort I put into making something special for the people I love. They completely missed the mark and ruined a moment that cannot be recreated. This level of carelessness and indifference is absolutely unacceptable for a company that claims to value quality and customer satisfaction.
I do NOT recommend BrüMate. They don’t deliver what they promise, and they certainly don’t know how to handle their own mistakes. My money was wasted, and so was my trust.
I paid $480 for a cooler I never received
I paid $480; $54 was for shipping and never received my cooler and then wrote 22 emails to the company and they never offered to refund me or ship me a new cooler.

The design is great
The design is great, it really is spill proof, but it does not keep drinks cold! A cold drink might last 4 hours, tops, before it is warm and the ice is melted. Huge disappointment
LOVE my BruMates!!!
My daughter introduced me to BruMate and I love them! I have quite a few now and love carrying them with me to my favorite coffee shop. They keep iced coffee cold for HOURS. And they're beautiful, too. I have gotten so many compliments on mine. And mine have been truly leak proof.

Scratched within the first day of using. Customer service won’t do anything even though they have a “lifetime warranty”. Piece of crap.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I bought a tumbler and within a few months the lid system broke. Two very cheap lines of plastic holding the lid in closed position broke easily.
I then bought the same size lid on their website. I received it and the type of lid was different and not fitting my tumbler. I asked the company and they said sorry we don’t have that type of lid anymore. That was not mentioned anywhere when I bought the lid.
So I now have a tumbler without a lid and a lid without a tumbler. And they only offered me 10$ credit for the trouble. I was expecting far more quality and service for the price. I will avoid their product in the future.

The 40oz cups ate crap. They do not keep your drinks cold or hot and the straw does not reach the bottom. It is also really hard to suck the liquid out of the cup. Tried to work with customer service but they are a joke. They said lifetime warranty but the company refuses to listen to my complaints. Don't waste your money.
Not worth the price
Although brumate looks really sleek and durable and pretty, mine chipped and they wouldnt offer to repair (understandable), but did offer me a 10$ coupon for me to replace it. I did go back and used it to purchase a new one . I received the new one with SCRATCHES. I have been emailing them to complain and 3 days later i still havent gotten a response. Their powder coating sucks. Id much rather get a stanley. Very poor customer service and no responsible resolution
I love the Brumate overall but hold out…
I love the Brumate overall but hold out 1 star because I feel that the rubber straw is a bit too short. It would be perfect if the straw was just an 1-1 1/2" longer preventing you from having to put your face on top of the unit to get a sip. Maybe offer a longer straw as an accessory or option. Just my 2 cents worth.

So dk exact date so I just placed one. My step mom got everyone Bru Mates for Christmas, she bragged and bragged on the not leaking part. After using only a few weeks mine fell off the counter at work, YES I either hit it or sit it too close to edge. Not the aluminum but the plastic coating bent and it will not sit up. I know it was my fault, but being so new you would think Bru mate would want a customer to be happy regardless. They said because I caused it they would do nothing. Most ppl and very good products have an unconditional guarantee. My step mom and I will tell every one that the service is not good. I wasn't asking g for a refund and come on, look at the cost vs a happy customer and I'd only had a few weeks, not a life time and we expect glass to brake but should something coated in a plastic not be able to be dropped with out damaging? Just once. Poor poor policy instead of having a satisfied customer tell all, they had rather not loose a mug at cost and have an unhappy customer that will tell all
No customer service
I ordered a cup and it was a different shade that was pictured online. It was more purple brown rather than the mocha color they claim. I sent an email and they take days to respond or just don’t respond. I should’ve known better and now I paid for a bottle I do not want.
