Bottles I received were not what I was trying to order. I wanted the regular Double Oak, and I got the tequila finished instead. Not the flavor profile I wanted and its not my favorite.

All three corks were completely dried out and crumbly. We had to dig them out and bits of the cork got into the bottles. The whiskey was ok, without the cork inside I suspect it would have been better.

First time purchasing from Tipxy and it was quite easy and I’m so glad I found them!!

Ordered good whiskey, got good service. Fast and good communication.

Great experience. Quick delivery and well packed. They had what was not available in my area and at a competitive price. Similar to brick and morter - they often don't have some allocations in stock - but overall a positive experience. Will use again.

Ordered a $500+ order over 4 weeks ago. Have only received 1 of the 5 bottles to this point that were in stock at time of order. I still have yet to receive the order. I won’t like order from Tipxy again. There are too many options out there that that you can receive orders quickly.

Shipping (packing and handing over to shipper) of the order took a bit longer than expected, but product and price are great.

Thank you for making my boyfriend happy for his birthday! That’s what I bought the bottle for. I gave it to him on yesterday which was his birthday and he loves it. He was very, very impressed with the monogramming.

They say guaranteed delivery but do not meet their guaranteed dates, then they do not reply to requests. Will be contacting my credit card company.

Purchased 3 bottles and was told order shipped complete. First package had 1 bottle. Email vendor and was told (after several days) the other two bottles had shipped. Received second package a week later (after many failed attempts by GLS) and it also had only 1 bottle. Another round of emails with vendor and they give another tracking number. Lots of frustration and wasted time on what should be an easy online purchase. If Amazon was run this way they would likely have been out of business long ago.

Tipxy deleted my apt number off address. Ordered on a Saturday. Finally got notified on Tuesday for a Monday delivery. Then was to be delivered Saturday but UPS said no entry at 2:15 when the complex office was open 9am-3pm. Per UPS when Tipxy created my label they didn't include my apartment number.
My 1st experience isn't going well.
