They advertise their products as leakproof. All products I have from them leaks badly. I tried to work things out with their customer service directly before posting my honest review. The last email I got from them literally says that some leaks are to be expected. How can they advertise 100% leakproof then tell me some leaks are to be expected?! I wish I could give zero stars.

Probably worst company with worst customer service out there. It sucks because they do make high quality Mugs that I did order before until paint started to chip away. I did leave a review and they reached out to me and sent me new one despite being way out of warranty which was cool as beans.

Customer service: It's horrible. Their response time is way off and way too long and they will send you survey after without fixing my problems asking to give them how they did which is a joke!

I reached out to Brumate after ordering new Mug and asked them to remove signature requirements and they shipped it anyway and said they are sorry that they got back to me so late. It's telling me that customer service isn't very active to me.

Despite having this issue.. I did order new Mug. Brumate, please do better job at customer service... this is only way to lose tons of customers.

Horrible customer service. Seriously some of the worst I’ve ever come in contact with. It’s impossible to get a hold of an actual human. Everything is a bit/AI response. I bought two expensive children’s cups and they were leaking/broken within two months. Trash cups. They say things like “5 year warranty” with absolutely no intention of actually upholding any kind of warranty.

Brumate processing of their products take so long. I ordered my products on August 22, 2025 and paid about $30 to expedite it. it was not shipped until September 8, 2025. They created a shipping label on September 5 but didn’t provide the package to UPS until September 8, 3 days later considering it took them 17 days to ship the item. Tracking states my order will be delivered by September 10, hopefully there’s no shipping delays. But how does a company take 20 days to get a product to their customers. Horrible shipping and processing times. Don’t pay to expedite your order, the company doesn’t care about expediting your order. I also emailed them about my issue and request status, their response says to wait for an email from them when my products are shipped. Horrible customer service too.

placed order over 3 weeks ago paid for 3 to 5 day shipping nothign has shipped they will not respond to email which is the ONLY way you can even talk to anyone. Took money wont refund it wont even respond to emails after the 2md week of excuses and saying they are not responsible for 3 to 5 days shipping time no were on their site does it say takes 3 to 5 weeks to ship your order and maybe not even than. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY

These people sent me over 20 emails refusing to replace the broken lid on one of their very expensive mugs. Next to Frye boots, they are the worst company.

They sent me a broken shaker as an add on to my toddler's mini order and then told me tough.

They charge you to dump their bad inventory.

Got a Müv 15oz mug. The lid broke within 10 days. They say talk to Amazon, Amazon says talk to Brümate. Not worth it for poorly made junk.

Bought a few of these tumblers and Rotera for myself and gifts and in the beginning I was happy but after a while of everyday use I hand wash them and the lids are mot durable. They start to chip at hinges of the Bevlock and the Rotera for some reason as I am taking slips it makes noises where my co-workers started to look at me. So I decided to go and I found the Stanley Cup is more reliable. The people that I also gave as gifts seem to have the same problem with their Toddy so I have gotten them the Stanley Everyday Tumbler and they now seem happy.

I bought this very expensive cup as a gift for my daughter. The lid that is not replaceable even if I pay for it broke within the first month. I wrote them just past the 60 warranty period. And they told me they will not do anything. So a $40 cup is just garbage. Avoid buying from this company with total lack of morals. Check the reviews, they are horrible across the board. I wish I would have checked prior to my purchase.

A complete disappointment — I will never order from them again

I placed a special order well in advance for Father’s Day: four personalized tumblers, carefully chosen with custom engravings to create a meaningful gift for my loved ones. What I received were four completely plain tumblers with zero customization, as if my order had never mattered.

The worst part wasn’t just the mistake — it was the horrendous customer service that followed. Instead of taking true responsibility, they offered vague apologies and unhelpful options that didn’t come close to making up for such a huge failure. What was supposed to be a heartfelt gesture turned into an upsetting and disappointing ordeal.

I feel like they wasted my time, my money, and the effort I put into making something special for the people I love. They completely missed the mark and ruined a moment that cannot be recreated. This level of carelessness and indifference is absolutely unacceptable for a company that claims to value quality and customer satisfaction.

I do NOT recommend BrüMate. They don’t deliver what they promise, and they certainly don’t know how to handle their own mistakes. My money was wasted, and so was my trust.

I paid $480; $54 was for shipping and never received my cooler and then wrote 22 emails to the company and they never offered to refund me or ship me a new cooler.

Do not trust these guys!!

The design is great, it really is spill proof, but it does not keep drinks cold! A cold drink might last 4 hours, tops, before it is warm and the ice is melted. Huge disappointment

My daughter introduced me to BruMate and I love them! I have quite a few now and love carrying them with me to my favorite coffee shop. They keep iced coffee cold for HOURS. And they're beautiful, too. I have gotten so many compliments on mine. And mine have been truly leak proof.

Rotera lid broke in 5 seconds (first use). Unit was a gift to me so no receipt and no recourse.

Scratched within the first day of using. Customer service won’t do anything even though they have a “lifetime warranty”. Piece of crap.

Terrible experience. I bought a tumbler and within a few months the lid system broke. Two very cheap lines of plastic holding the lid in closed position broke easily.

I then bought the same size lid on their website. I received it and the type of lid was different and not fitting my tumbler. I asked the company and they said sorry we don’t have that type of lid anymore. That was not mentioned anywhere when I bought the lid.

So I now have a tumbler without a lid and a lid without a tumbler. And they only offered me 10$ credit for the trouble. I was expecting far more quality and service for the price. I will avoid their product in the future.

Have the 15oz MUV mug and the plastic flipper on the lid broke. I text BruMate about getting a replacement but no one seems to be responding. Not very good customer service

Purchased 2 40oz cups and 2 30oz cups.
The 40oz cups ate crap. They do not keep your drinks cold or hot and the straw does not reach the bottom. It is also really hard to suck the liquid out of the cup. Tried to work with customer service but they are a joke. They said lifetime warranty but the company refuses to listen to my complaints. Don't waste your money.

Although brumate looks really sleek and durable and pretty, mine chipped and they wouldnt offer to repair (understandable), but did offer me a 10$ coupon for me to replace it. I did go back and used it to purchase a new one . I received the new one with SCRATCHES. I have been emailing them to complain and 3 days later i still havent gotten a response. Their powder coating sucks. Id much rather get a stanley. Very poor customer service and no responsible resolution
