Emailed requesting a part number for my kettles filter indicator, intending to order one since mine no longer worked. Immediately, I was told it a replacement would be sent out free of charge. However, it did not arrive, so after a month I emailed them asking if it should have arrived by now. They confirmed it should have arrived within 7 days and may have been lost in the post. Without my asking or them asking for payment, they confirmed they had sent another out immediately. The new indicator arrived in around 3 days. Despite the first on going missing in the post, I'm very impressed with their prompt responses and excellent communications. the fact they never once asked for payment (which was my original intention) was an added bonus.

Quck response to my query and supplied a free Memo device for my failed one. Just a pity these just aren't replacable with a battery rather than the whole unit small though it is, it does seem a little wasteful.

I needed to obtain a replacement tap for a Brita Flow water tank. I was able to speak to a Customer Services team member who set up an account for me saving me time. I was asked to provide some details and I sent pictures of the part. Within 2 days I received an email reply with a goodwill gesture of a new tap with no charge. Good communication and a very positive outcome.

I wanted to share my excellent experience with Brita's customer service team. My father-in-law accidentally melted the drip tray on hus Brita cube, and although this wasn't a defect or a warranty issue, I decided to reach out to see if they could help.
I contacted Brita via email, and the process was incredibly quick and simple. They replied within an hour! The team was exceptionally helpful and resolved my issue by providing a complimentary replacement drip tray.

Second support experience in about 15 years - both superb. Nice to know that you still get support 10 years after buying the product. Obviously you're still buying filters every few months but you know you're getting support when you're paying the official product price, not the knockoffs on Amazon.

I have had my Brita WD3030 water filter tap since 2022, and use it daily, replacing the cartridge approx. every 6 months. Love the convenience of this unit and having filtered water literally "on tap". Recently, the LED indicator advising when the cartridge needs to be replaced stopped working (battery ran out). Unfortunately, I damaged the unit removing it from the tap and needed a replacement. I contacted the BRITACare team by email and even though the unit is outside of any warranty, they were able to provide a replacement part in just a few days. Very happy to have the tap back letting me know when the filter needs changing. Thank you BRITACare team.

I have a Brita tap that after several years developed a leak due to perished 'O' rings.
I contacted BRITAcare and they were so helpful, providing me with everything to sort the problem.
My tap is now working fine again.
I can't praise them highly enough for their aftercare service.
