Purchased an aluna water jug with filter.
I followed the instructions that came with the jug to the letter. The water filter worked fine for the first 5 time filled, then stopped filtering.
I reported to brita who the requested that I had followed the instructions, which I replied I had.
They then sent me another email to say remove filter and re fit.
As explained in first contact the water was not passing through the inner chamber as the valve would not let water through, with or without the filter installed

I’m very happy with Brita’s kind gesture in replacing my jug after the pouring jug broke. The customer service was excellent, especially from Babs and Maxine, who were both helpful and professional. I look forward to receiving my replacement. I’ve been a loyal Brita filter customer for over 20 years and will happily continue using their products.

We contacted Britta after the Memo (digital display) failed in our Britta Marella. We have had it a while and we're wondering if we could buy a replacement from either Britta or online. Within a couple of hours we had a reply from Babs saying one had been popped in the post free of charge. Sure enough it appeared a few days later. Absolutely first class, well done Britta.

Emailed today regarding being able to get 2 replacement memo indicators for my Brita Water Jug and Kettle.
I had a reply within 1 hour confirming the replacement are on their way.

I placed an order online that went through all the stages, including payment via PayPal. After PayPal confirmed the payment, the screen displayed 'failed order'. I have no order confirmation or failed email, and the money is reserved for a nonexistent order. When I tried to get assistance from their online Sales Team, the assistance could be summarised as: you should get your money back within 30 days, and "the digital world is not ideal". Not the most encouraging shopping experience and support is not interested in improving the customer experience either. Wouldn't recommend!

A cartridge sensor light stopped working on one of my Brita jugs. After contacting the fantastic customer service a new one is in the post for free. Excellent.

100% Recommend this Company and their Brita Glass Filter Jugs. I had a problem with the water Indicator & contacted their Customer Services via email. Customer Services almost immediately got back to me and sent a new Indicator. Replied same day. Amazing Service from Customer Service.

The team at Brita were extremely helpful in sourcing the replacement of the filter tap inner tube. They met a time relevant target I had, as the plumber was going to be on site undertaking other work and it enabled the replacement to take place on the same visit.
