Had a missing indicator light replaced quickly once I raised the issue. No fuss or insistence on receipt paperwork for proof & took my statement as truthful that I had received the appliance as a Xmas... Vis mer

Today I received 3 complimentary Maxtra Pro Limescale cartridges which I should have been using from the start. Not realising due to living in a hard water area the normal Pro cartridge was not lasting 4wks which I informed Brit.To get something for nothing is great excellent service and friendly customer service.
This is the second Brita water filter which has required a replacement indicator light after long and faithful service. Both times I have contacted Brita and they have replaced the indicator light free of charge. This is the type of service that is rare these days.

I was in need of a replacement water meter for my filter jug and the company replied to my email within 24 hours and offered to send a replacement for free. Delighted. It’s nice to see some companies still have great customer service.

I always use Brita water filters. The customer service is great. I have Brita water filter dispenser and after using one year the tap stopped working. I contacted the customer service and received immediate response. My replacement is on the way. I’m very happy with the service. I highly recommend the Brita products.
