Contacted BRITA customer services as the battery on our filter had given up the ghost. The customer service agent (Maxine) kindly offered to provide a replacement Memo FOC. This arrived as per her schedule and is now fitted & working correctly.

Customer service is brilliant I can’t fault, my timer on my water filter lid had stopped working and googled how to replace battery etc. I contacted BRITA and they replied within an hour and sent a replacement for free even though my filter is 3 years old. Can’t fault that, thank you BRITA

From the beggining when I start the conversation, requesting an replacement until the end , when they confirm my request.

I have been using Brita jugs and filters for many years and recently, for the first time, one of the filters was faulty. I contacted Customer Care and within a very short time I received a replacement filter and a Freepost label to return the faulty filter.
Very impressed with this service, excellent response.

Absolute rubbish experience following request for some in depth information re standard water filters.
Was not given complete information as requested and sent a lot of technical stuff in an attachment which didn’t help much either.
All I needed was a simple, easy to understand response to a few simple questions.
Disappointing service from what was once a great reliable company.

My Britta Filter battery indicator stopped working so I emailed them to ask if they could send me another one. I brought it off Amazon over a year ago but added all necessary information. Received a reply the next day from Laura to say that they had shipped one out for me in the post.
That was Tuesday and I received three days later, today. Which is fantastic.

I recently emailed Brita regarding a problem with a faulty water filter cartridge.
The issue was very quickly resolved and they sent me replacement cartridges.

We had an issue with our Marella water jug, stress lines in the moulding, we contacted customer support and got a response quite quickly, after sending them a photo of the fault in our jug we were sent a replacement within a week.

I’ve just brought several model vital bottles and the instructions are absolutely rubbish. The filters look different on each side but absolutely no directions if they can be placed either way or what way they should be placed. Also doesn’t say should you fill the bottle through the filter or not. Was about to buy these for everyone in the family but now I’ve wasted an hour of my life trying to find out info that would be so easy to just put in the instructions (and I am still none the wiser) I won’t be spending my money with a company who can’t be bothered to provide info on perfectly reasonable and obvious questions. I’m so cross. A flipping water bottle has ruined my morning and as I won’t use the thing until I know I’m using it properly I’ve just wasted my money 😡

Whether the filters do what they say they should, I can’t prove scientifically, but I can absolutely attest to the fact that Brita filters make my water taste a lot better. I live in a very high limescale area, with a lot of building up on my taps after just a few days.
Customer service wise, my last jug developed cracks around the top and the customer service team simply needed a picture and some details about the purchase and they were happy to send a replacement which arrived after a day or so. I couldn’t be happier!
