Probem solver and a professional
Eze was absolutely wonderful—professional, considerate and a true problem-solver. I was panicking because my BrightHR account had been blocked, but she calmly reassured me and resolved the issue quickly and professionally.
I use BrightHR to manage staff outside the UK, so any disruption caused by late payment could have had a serious impact on my operations. Thankfully, Eze came to the rescue! She is soft-spoken, patient and genuinely committed to finding solutions. Her customer service was exceptional.

Great Customer Service
Ellie answered the phone professionally and quickly established what issue I was having, she then offered to share the screen so that she could see what I had done and explain what I should do. This was all resolved in around 3 to 4 minutes. I thought the service that I received from Ellie was brilliant.

Excellent support and really helpful session
I recently had a session with Taylor at BrightHR after purchasing one of their software packages, and I was really pleased with the experience.
The session was clear, informative and easy to follow. Taylor took the time to explain how the software works and answered all of my questions, making me feel much more confident about using the system.
