We had an onboarding follow up call with Paula and I can honestly say she was extremely helpful, was able to answer all our queries and show us things we had not yet discovered on the software.

I recently had a training session with Paula Chaves-Garcia on the BrightSafe app and I can only say she was brilliant. Very informative and explained everything very well to me. I found her to be very thorough and informative. She certainly knows her stuff. She was very helpful and reassuring as this is all new to me and she told me I can follow up with her at any stage if I have any questions etc.

Had our meeting with Aaron on Friday… went through everything, easy to understand, explained every section to make it easy as possible. Answered any questions I had. Highly recommend

WE completed our onboarding today with Rebecca McNab. Very informative and we all benefited greatly. Every query was answered and Rebecca took her time to explain everything to us to make sure we have a full understanding going forward. Highly recommended.

Happy with the conversation today I had with Paula. All of my queries were answered and she was very patient in explaining the Bright HR and going through everything with me.

Had a teams call with Aaron. He explained everything in an easy way, and answered all the questions I had. Left me confident, that if I have any further questions, himself and the bright hr team are just a call away.

I spoke to Paula today who was so helpful and talked me through the BrightHR platform. Paula was very knowledgable and pleasant.

Helpful and Supportive
Aoran was great during this training session. A lot of ground was covered. We were 3 on the training and Aoran was patient as we explored the capability of the software as a team.

Rebecca was very patient, explained everything i needed for the moment but has more importantly given me the confidence to know that she will be available as we go forward

Had an excellent experience today being introduced to BrightHR & BrightSafe by Aaron Maher. He comprehensively took me through both systems in a very user friendly manner. I'm very confident now about using both and know support is at hand if required.

Aaron Maher was at my support today. His support was informative and supportive. He answered all my questions and explain in details how the app work and all the 24/7 support I have and how to access it. I found it one of the most comprehensive onboarding I have compared to other companies. I really recommend BrightHR to everyone.

Step by step guidance, today I had a teams meeting to go through the workings of the Bright HR platform and Blip app. I shared my screen with Aaron and he guided me through everything.
