Had training today with Aaron Maher, he was excellent, he really knew the program inside and out. Very patient with me and didn't mind going over things.

Had a great meeting with Aaron Maher this morning discussing the BrightSafe platform and he was very helpful and made sure all the features and settings were understood. Very appreciative of his knowledge and understanding of the platform!

Horrendous. Do not waste your money. I have paid for email advice never receive. Customer service a sham they do nothing. Give advice over the phone when requested email. So if you have one word wrong the. Bright Hr say we won't cover you.
