During the video call meeting Rebecca was able to fulfil all the doubts I had about the platform and instructed me with such patience.

Clear and concise communications with Paula

I have recently started using this system and received an excellent grounding in how the system works from Paula Chaves-Garcia. She went through all menus thoroughly and showed great patience and understanding with all queries raised.

Since starting with this company we have been impressed by the professionalism, clarity and approachability of the staff. This was the case again today with Rebecca who helped us get to grips with the new platform. We look forward to continuing our work with them into the future.

DO NOT SIGN UP TO BRIGHT HR. Worst customer service ever. Take your money and then they run, no instruction, no help, no answer, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Like trying to get blood from a stone. Platform is ridiculous and they have all these add ons that are next to impossible to access or use, and they don't respond at all or your chasing for months. Biggest Waste of Money ever. Would rate them zero if I could. An absolute disgrace of a service. Zero customer care. Just tie you in and then smoke and mirrors after that. Paying for a service that you won't get. Go to someone who actually cares about customer service and don't be fooled. Hopefully this review will save at least one business from wasting time and money like we did. I can only speculate that most of the reviews are paid for cause in no way was that our experience with them. Couldn't get rid of them when selling the product, couldn't get a hold of them was you signed the contract. Interesting 🤔

We’ve just signed up with our new HR outsource company, and the experience so far has been excellent. Our first onboarding Teams call with Rebecca was really smooth—she provided clear, concise information and made everything easy to understand. We're feeling confident and well-supported moving forward.

Paula was my trainer and I found her to be very professional and helpful. She brought me through all the different offerings BrightHR have to offer, giving me tips on how my organisation can use these.
I thought Paula had a very nice manner about her and well suited to training/mentoring. She made a note of a couple of unrelated takeaway items and said she'd come back to me which was not part of her role as trainer. I was very impressed with her.

Had a training session today on the in's and out's of 'Bright HR'. I knew the system could help our Company but until now didn't fully appreciate how much. Rebecca McNab was so knowledgeable and her easy manner helped everyone engage and ask questions. We had booked an hour and that was just perfect to keep everyone focused. Rebecca reassured us all that we wouldn't crash the system and offered her ongoing support. You couldn't beat it, brilliant!
