A superb company with great platforms. On boarding couldn't be easier and the team such as Amy Byrne were superb, great support.

I was added to BrightHR through my employer and immediately started receiving daily unsolicited promotional emails from them (vouchers, deals, etc.). There is no option to opt out of these marketing messages. My email address was shared without my consent, and BrightHR misuses it to send spam unrelated to HR functions.

This is unacceptable behavior from a company handling employee data. HR software should focus on workplace management, not flooding users with unwanted marketing.

Had an excellent and easy setup experience with Rebecca. She made the process very straight forward and appreciate the time and effort she put in. Answered all questions and very informative.
The app itself is good and helpful with managing the office.

Over the last three days we have been completing the onboarding process, the system itself is straight forward and relatively easy to get to grips with. The members of Bright HR that I have interacted with during the onboarding have all been excellent. They are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in a way that if you needed to reach out to them for assistance you know that they would help you.
So far, this does appear to be a one stop shop for HR and Health and Safety that i would have no hesitation recommending.

I had an onboarding call with Aaron Maher, he was very friendly and polite, he supported me with all my questions raised around the platform and showed me things that can be done to support my employees and make our process easier by using the platform as well as introducing me to the bright exchange online market place where i can promote all the fantastic offers to my employees

Rebecca was an amazing help to get us started using the system, I myself wouldn't be tech savvy but she explained everything and guided us through making it so simple.
