Where's the 800mbs?
Guys who installed it were brilliant. Called to let me know they were on the way and communicated very well all during the install . They also did a neat and tidy job. My lower review is for the internet service itself. It's no where near the 800 mbs advertised but still faster than standard broadband.

The Pure Rapid One and The Belter both deliver up to 900Mbps with a minimum guaranteed speed of 450Mbps. Some older devices are unable to cope with such high speeds, so you may see speeds towards the lower end of the range. Placement of your router can also affect speeds via WiFi.

Outdid Any Other Company I Tried
These guys got me signed up with decent speeds in such a short period of time when I was desperate to get internet into my new flat after two other companies failed to deliver. Despite being a smaller business, they offer fantastic customer service and really try to help out. Installation was quick and clean and arranged so quickly for me. Can't thank you guys enough!

Iv had the service for less than two…
Iv had the service for less than two months, absolutely shocking. The connection is horrendous cant listen to news or radio on Alexa as it cuts out. Same with doing emails on computers that take forever, and TV cuts out. Iv written to them to get a snub answer. Its so frustrating. Do not recommend.

They came over at the earliest time so I wasn’t waiting for a long time to begin. They explained the process to me in simple terms and the whole thing didn’t take long to do at all with me connected the WiFi and using it in around an hour or so at most.

Fast install, great experience overall
Ordered at Midnight and by 8.30am the next morning the CityFibre engineers were doing the pre-survey. Router arrived in plenty of time in advance of the installation date which was one week later, which went smoothly. Couple of support queries I've had were answered quickly - no queuing - spoke to someone knowledgeable quickly. Great experience so far! I would recommend!

Jay has been fantastic. An asset to the company. He sorted out my slow speed issue quickly by using his vast knowledge of the network. As a senior Openreach manager, I would love to have someone like Jay in my team with the knowledge and customer service skills he has displayed.
