Be careful—very disappointing, unreliable, and hidden costs
A very disappointing experience so far. This company has proven to be unaccountable, unanswerable, and completely unreliable. If you work from home, god help you, as the service is simply not dependable enough for professional use.On top of the connection issues, watch out for surprise costs. My advice to anyone considering them is to stick to the big players who have better infrastructure and accountability. We cannot wait to leave this hopeless company.

I couldn't recommend BrawBand enough
I couldn't recommend BrawBand enough! When my previous provider disconnected me earlier than they should have, the BrawBand team went above and beyond to bring my installation forward so I wasn't left without internet.
A huge thank you to Rhiannon for hercustomer service. She talked me through everything, kept me updated. It really feels like you're dealing with a local company that genuinely cares about its customers.

Good experience from Brawband & Cityfibre
Good communications from Brawband, there were a few hiccups but sometime 'stuff' happens and whats most important is how a company resolves issues and Broadband were quickly able to sort things for me. The Cityfibre engineers who did the actual line installation were very good, worked really hard and completed the install on time as promised despite it being more complex than they anticipated. So, often when two separate companies are involved in one job it can be problematic but in this case both worked well together and the fibre connection was up and running in a few hours.

Recently I had to contact BrawBand to update some of my account details and I got an email response really quickly with friendly customer service from Kelly who helped resolve my issue immediately. I really can't fault BrawBand after over a year of using their service so I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

Wasn’t sure sending a message through Facebook messenger would even help my situation but within minutes of sending the message not one but 2 members of staff outwith office hours fixed my issue, granted it was an easy fix however the 2 women went above and beyond to help me, couldn’t be happier

Hidden fees
Been with Brawband for about a year, connection is pretty terrible and drops out regularly. But had no issues with the company themselves.
Then a year in received an email with an invoice attached for nearly £100. This showed 2 months unpaid and the cost of the router.
I was connected in February last year and the payments started going monthly from March with no missed payments. I also checked their website which says free connection, and my contract which lists the price of the router at 0.00.
I emailed to clarify, no apology then says I just owe one month because they take payment a month in advance. Why they didn't specify this and charge double on the first month I have no idea. No answer on why I'm suddenly being charged for the router either.
Then I get another email saying thank you for setting up a direct debit. They had set up a direct debit without my permission to pay my "debt"!
Avoid at all costs, absolutely no customer service or clarity on what they'll decide to charge you on out of the blue.
Now having to pay exorbitant exit fees which there is also no information about in the contract to go with a reputable company.

Fast, reliable internet
My internet is fast and I haven’t had any problems with outages or the likes since install. Very easy to organise an engineer to come out and do installation.
