Simply the best company to deal with
I've had Brawband for around a year now. I had a couple of speed issues, so any time I called, got either Ja early days, the latterly Andrew. Their customer care is superb. Really refreshing these days, proper care and attention. New equipment and quick responses etc. Turns out, one of my Cat 5e leads had a small nick, so after changing that, I'm up to 750mbps. Honestly, one of the best companies I've dealt with.

AVOID !! This doesn't even support my sky properly ! Wait while your programme is loading !! Enrages me no end.🤬I thought supporting a Scottish business was a good idea. Brawband is the worst !

Consistently reliable and fast broadband service
Fantastic service. Consistently fast and reliable broadband connection in a heavy internet use household. Never any issues, and any disruptions were communicated and swiftly rectified. Customer service was excellent with fast response to queries. Used this service for a few years until recently where we have moved to a location not covered. Highly recommend Brawband.

Excellent service provided throughout the changeover, which went smoothly workout any hitches.

As good as their word
All went as planned, with no break to my Internet connection. Everything appears to be working fine. Would have no problem recommending Brawband.
Only downside I had agreed 1touch change over with my last provider but Brawband didn't seem to know about this, so having problems with last provider

Sadly despite very polite and…
Sadly despite very polite and professional communication from Brawband, felt badly let down without any internet connection for a fortnight whilst Brawband / CityFibe / and 4th Utility made me - the customer - do all the running back and fore whilst they all hid behind regulation, GDPR and various other reasons why they couldn’t connect me. I made about 30 or so calls across all companies. They all put each other ahead of the customer and blamed third parties. The whole industry needs shaken up. No sense of shame or accountability for what they were prepared to put me through in terms of repeated calls to resolve the same issue over a two week period. It’s always someone else’s fault and these companies are obstructive and “no can do” in their approach. 5/5 for polite communication. 0/5 for taking accountability and seeing the job through. I expect any response to this will continue to show lack of accountability and blaming others for not resolving the issues.

Despite these constraints, our team dedicated considerable time and effort trying to resolve the matter for you.
Unfortunately, the coordination required between multiple parties led to delays that were beyond our direct control.
We completely understand how frustrating it is to feel caught in the middle, and we share your frustration about the broader industry challenges you mentioned. Please know that we remain committed to improving wherever possible within the limits of our role and responsibilities.
Your feedback is invaluable in helping us understand how situations like this impact our customers, and we will continue to advocate for clearer processes across the industry to minimise these frustrations in the future.

Terrible company
Terrible company. If you want to loose your connection all the time go to BrawBand they excatly providing that. When you want cancelation they ask u to pay fee £300. £300 for what ? For worse service ever ?! This company should be investigated!!

Excellent Service, 100% recommend.
Excellent communication throughout the onboarding process, delivery of kit was on time and I was well informed when it was coming etc. The service has been very good, there was an interruption during the recent story weather and connection was dropping out, for a period of 12 hours or so, during this time I received 4 emails to confirm there was an issue and what was happening and progress for a resolution and then confirmation when it was all back to normal and an explanation of what went wrong (power interruption due to bad weather) things will go wrong from time to time and sign of a good service is how the customer is communicated to throughout this time and Brawband did a brilliant job.

Constantly down and slow
Since getting Brawband the service has been down constantly - just looking at my emails its been an average of 3 (scheduled) times a month. No exaggeration - constant "urgent" maintenance. That's the times they let you know it'll be down. Speed drops regularly - getting about 3% of advertised at the moment. Should be glad it's working at all!
When I complained - They sent me a replacement router then charged for it.
Stay. Away.
