I purchased a remote and game pad holder over three weeks ago. It not only has not reached me yet, it supposedly went to the wrong state after getting really close to my house. Support has not been helpful, they have my money and I have nothing. This is the worst scammer company I have ever dealt with. Stay away.

The cost is lower than original and the quality is also on par or better sometimes.
My Steelseries' Arctis Pro earpads were torn apart on it's base where they are grabbing from the headset after two years without using them much.
The parcel held by customs something that the site is actually warning the buyers for.
Not much of an extra cost but it depends on which country is delivered.
Also it didn't take more than a week to reach my destination. The most time took for customs to put a tag on the item before giving it away. Also depends on destination country.

Excellent replacement for Audio-Technica ATH-M35 headphone earpads
I needed to replace the earpads on my Audio-Technica ATH-M35 headphones because they were peeling. Brainwavz indicated that their replacement pads would fit these phones, and they are indeed an excellent fit. Furthermore, the price was far below other companies' replacement pads, and the delivery was very fast.
Watch out: scammers!
Watch out: scammers! No mentioning anywhere on the homepage that the product is sent from China. Not only did the delivery to Denmark take three weeks, the ordered item also landed in customs, which would have made it twice as expensive to receive. I refused, and it was sent back - but my money for the product is lost. Never again!
I bought earpads for 13€ and ended up…
I bought earpads for 13€ and ended up paying 33€ to get them into europe. That is more than double the price. Customer support stated they could not do much but nothing on their site clearly stated where the product would be shipped from. I will not be buying from this site again.
De har IKKE et IOSS-nummer
De har IKKE et IOSS-nummer - derfor kommer der afgift og told på, fordi varen kommer fra Kina. Jeg bestilte nogle pads til mine høretelefoner - pris med fragt: 187,- efter den havde været forbi tolden kom der yderligere 186,- oveni. De er ligeglade.
Items received, very happy.
I was after a new pair of ear pads for my Sennheiser Momentum 2 headphones. Brainwavz came up on the searches and looked to have the product I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first due to poor Trust Pilot review and looked elsewhere initially. I could really find what I was after, so took the chance with Brainwavz. The pads were reduced to £11, and with £7 postage i thought it worth the risk. Other than the delivery time (just under 2 weeks), I have no complaints. They fitted OK to my headphones and are a vast improvement to my worn pads. Give them a shot.
Did not receive paid for item
I ordered a package, order number “10755545” it never arrived. The Amazon delivery system marked it as delivered I contacted them they told me there was nothing they could do for this matter, essentially scamming me from my money & my product. POOR BUSINESS PRACTISES.
Ordered a pair of oval velour earpads
Ordered a pair of oval velour earpads, they are good quality, larger in size than original arctis earpads and more comfy. They took 4-5 days to arrive in UK from Singapore.
Brainwavz Oval ear cushions work with Altec Lansing ComfortQ+ headphones
I have a set of Altec Lansing MZX700 ComfortQ+ noise cancelling headphones. These are the best headphones I have ever owned (at least so far.) But the cushions tore, and were very uncomfortable to keep using.
I found the oval velour cushions on the Internet, and decided to give them a try. I was worried about them fitting, as the given dimensions were larger than what they would be replacing. But my fears were unfounded. Due to the design, I was able to just slip these over the earpieces and literally fit them "like a glove."
They are very comfortable. The only thing keeping me from giving five stars is that I've only had them one day.
(Oh, and shipping was amazingly fast. I got them less than 24 hours after ordering.)

ordered ear pads a week ago, its taken that time to get from hong kong to.... "overseas dispatch"... not impressed and the only way i was able to find out what was going on with the tracking was to use a third party tracking site- once items arrive will update this review, but atm, not impressed
Better than expected
I was pensive as I'd ordered replacement pads for my akg's before it's read the reviews. Shipping took a little longer than expected and the tracking number was pointless. That said the product is much better than the original pads. In very happy with them and didn't have to pay vat etc that others talked about
Eu buyers beware
I made an order for 7 items on the 21 of may. They split the package into 2, which meant i had to pay double VAT and "handling" charges, due to them shipping from Singapore). The products themselves are overall meh. The Gaming cooling earpads are good/fine, but the rest were clearly 3d printed plastic and are bad/underwhelming (Titan - headphone and controller hanger is fine)
Overall won't reccomend
All's Well That Ends Well
Lets start with the negatives! Amazon Prime this is not. Expect to wait 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Customer Service was okay but the tracking number really is a head scratcher. I purchased head phone ear replacements on May 13. According to the tracking number my item left Singapore on the 20th of May but only arrived in Canada on June 3. I guess it came by boat!
To the positives: the replacement headphone ear pads for my Sony mdr7605 are a little smaller than the originals so took a bit of extra effort to get on but once on they fit well and look great. Sound wise no difference from originals so all's well that end's well!
EU buyers beware
EU buyers beware, they don't tell you they're shipping from Singapore and that you'll have to pay VAT and "handling" charges to get the product out of customs. Almost as much as the product cost originally. They don't have an "IOSS" number, which would have avoided this.
Don't believe the shipping estimates
They advertise 2 day delivery in Australia. Stock levels are not live, you can easily end up waiting over a month if they don't have your product in stock.
No desire to improve, just offered a refund.
Zero care or customer service
They are still not accepting responsibility for goods not arriving. According to them they have my money and now its my problem.
I will continue to rate them one star. Zero customer care or customer service
Pu and velour earpads
Bought replacement velour earpads and they are amazing! They are so comfortable and fit perfectly on the headset. I have a Hyper x Cloud headset. Would definitely recommend the Earpads.
Coussinets bof
J'ai commandé des coussinets pour un Philips SHP9500, ils ne s'adaptent pas totalement au casque et la qualité du suede n'est pas vraiment aux standars de ce qu'on peut retrouver chez Beyerdynamic par exemple. L'envoie a prit 1 mois pour recevoir une pochette plastique sans rembourage donc les coussinets étaient à moitié écrasé. Avis général très bof.
