Website ordering and shop collection was easy enough. Just wish shop opening hours weren't focussed around trade customers - especially on Saturdays - when us DIY duffers are in need of stuff.

Collected some fence panels helpful staff
I ordered some fence panels from Sidmouth depot. I collected them and was helped by the workers to put them in the van. In a few minutes I was on my way.
I had no problems and everyone was very efficient.

Good but could have done with earlier notification about delivery
Online order for kiln dried sand. Easy to locate and order and order rapidly acknowledged. Correct product delivered a few days later, though notification of delivery was only received just over an hour before. No communication about order progress between order acknowledgment and delivery notification leaves you a bit in the dark

Dear Peter,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
Having looked into this, I found that there was an error with your order being processed on our system on Friday. Therefore, Sidmouth were completely unaware of your order. I have since confirmed this order with our Seaton branch who have the stock available and have confirmed that this will be delivered to you first thing tomorrow morning.
I apologise for this error and for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Kind Regards,
Charlotte
