All the staff were so helpful

Fantastic service
Fantastic service from the guys at Penzance as usual.
Ordered nine sheets of Ply online, had a phone call from the branch the next morning confirming my order and to arrange delivery for the next day.
Came home in a massive down pour to find my Ply on the driveway all wrapped up in plastic and bone dry 😊

Ordered online, went to collect unfortunately (due to stock control issues?) The paint wasn't there. However, the PZ store managed to get it from elsewhere and I still got it by the end of the day, which was great.

Left a message to say you didn’t have what i ordered. Called and told would ring me straight back - didn’t call back, so I called couple of days later and told couldn’t help me. Asked to cancel order and return my money. Waiting for it to be returned to my paypal
