Royal Mail lost my parcel and customer service couldn’t have been better - Darius emailed super quickly and explained the next steps . Another box was delivered in a really quick time frame , when they said they would . I was guided through the process at all times with emails and follow up to check I was happy with the whole process . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Amazing customer service from BoxtoBox. The first top they sent didn’t arrive and they quickly put another box in the post for quick delivery as I needed it within a few days. Will definitely order from them again. The box is very well presented and my brother loved it. Thank you.

Very happy with the shirt I got. It’s good quality and the delivery was quick. Thankyou Boxtobox

Can not fault these guys at all, the whole reason for me buying was to get kits of teams I wouldn’t really know about or wouldn’t think to go out and by that teams kit. From the way it was boxed and neatly wrapped, to the littler things like card with the information about the team and then the little extra stickers and sweets. Recently placed an order and had to get in touch with customer services and had an almost instant reply from ‘Darius’ and he has been extremely helpful. This is now my second order and I will be placing more.

This company was recommended to me by my daughter, although my order was lost by Royal mail,Darius kept in touch by email & promised an urgent replacement order by special delivery which has arrived today, what excellent customer service ! Thankyou boxtobox & Darius.

Prompt delivery and an excellent product.

I enjoy a surprise so this was exciting to wait on and then when I opened it I was very happy with what I got. Highly recommend for anyone who loves a surprise as much as me. Also good on timing as well and a bargain considering some teams shirts u can get

Fantastic service from start to finish! Order arrived fast and the surprise shirt was a massive success with my 12 year old son! Amazing quality too! Thank you so much

Wasn't overpriced, it was delivered on time, would definitely buy again

Got one the best teams in the world defo worth buying

Problem with order confirmation however boxtobox handled the situation very well and gave me more value for my money due to the problem that they had with my order.

A great service. Kept upto date with progress of order. Arrived in a well packaged box. True to size and product was excellent quality.
Thank you so much.

Bought this subscription as a birthday gift for our football mad son. As any parent of teenagers knows they can be very difficult to impress but the concept of a mystery shirt *shock horror* absolutely blew him away. He was so pleased with the shirt and has also gained an interest in clubs that he didnt know existed. The package, albeit simple from the outside I'll admit was a little underwhelming but lets be honest it's the suspense of the surprise that counts. Approx 10 minutes after ordering he is already anticipating his next one. Thumbs up!

Nice packaging and a great team selection for the shirt! I've always wanted an AC Milan shirt. And now thanks to boxtobox I have one!!

Got the Venezuelan 2015 - 2016 kit it was a great purchase and the excitement was great I’m gonna get another shirt soon 👍👍👍👍

Great idea and product, excellent delivery speed. Bought for a 30th birthday present and went down a treat! We selected non-uk based teams which worked out great! Thank you :-) Will definitely recommend to anyone stuck for a football fans present!

Brilliant, got a amazing top for this price, nice packaging and nicely layout, would highly recommend even got a pack of stickers and sweets.
