Really good service, never had a problem with the company at all. If ever I needed to contact them, they were lovely to deal with and super timely and helpful in their responses. With a few competitors out there, I think the customer service provided by boxtobox really is what makes them stand above the rest.

I had an issue with the sizing of my shirt and they were very accommodating in sorting this issue out. Everything was done very fast and I was kept well informed via their emails, I honestly cannot recommend them enough!

Received very quickly after ordering. Was ordered as a present for my brother and he was thrilled. Fast customer service respond with queries

Delighted with my subscription to boxtobox, I was struggling to find a random shirt website that done a rolling subscription and managed to find boxtobox. The price is about the same (probably cheaper in most cases) as you would spend on a shirt from a shop. Good ability to choose teams you don't want to get, and when they arrive you get a nice little bag of haribos and on occasion a packet of Panini stickers.

100% recommend to anyone

Very good customer service and all football shirts are great quality.

Very happy with my shirt. Great customer service

Bought as a gift and they loved it! Excellent service, quality and packaging. Perfect present for the football fan in your life ☺️

Great service. Great company. Can not complain in the slightest at all. Brilliant

Great service and delivery, the shirt really was a mystery and random which is exactly what I like, some may want City/PSG/Real but I love the LAFC shirt I received. Authentic match shirt as well👌🏼 Can highly recommend boxtobox 👍🏼

The shirt arrived very quickly! And it was a very nice Napoli one, over the moon with it and recommend to anyone

Very good service with good quality shirts I was not disappointed

With plenty of mystery shirt box company’s out there we had a dilemma in choosing which one to use to order our son’s Christmas present. We were so pleased that we selected boxtobox. The service was good, delivery fast and in the box was a top quality shirt from a top team. Keep up the good work.

Great gift idea for a difficult to buy for teenager. Nice presentation box. He absolutely loves it!

Can only praise boxtobox for their customer service and the quality of the products. Fantastic Valencia shirt arrived promptly in a sleek black box. All looked very high end! The company gives a lot of attention to detail - perfect for gifts. Happy to recommend, and will definitely be back!

Amazing company! Ordered for a Christmas present and it hadn’t arrived in the time frame it should. I emailed and they replied straight away to send out another one by signed delivery. Outstanding customer service and beautiful gift wrapping too!! I couldn’t recommend enough!!!
