Hello This is Dr.Harish Telu from Visakhapatnam, AP, India.I have ordered Samsung S21 ultra case from you on march 8th .I got it on 20th march . They charged me 1002 rs for customs etc . I paid 10 £ for shipment.
Coming to the product it looks classy and vibrant . It fits well to my phone raised borders make me feel confident to use with this case. Over all experience was good . I liked how it was packed as well.
Good work. Looking forward to buy more quality products from you .

Color was not like pictures
Color was not like pictures. I like the product otherwise. I never like to bother with exchange. Too much effort. Would have preferred to buy the black case to be safe.

Case didn't fit and I was given refund
Problems with my order and was given a refund. It did take some time however.
That being said the case was beautiful and the material really nice. Just wish it fit my phone properly

The phone case received was exactly as advertised. Phone fits perfectly along with the credit card slots. I hope you have other Harley Davidson motorcycle designs for a similar case--I would order them immediately.

Magnetic plate in the Shell.
Mobile phone case and shell are nice and the quality is probably good. But when it comes to the shell, I wish there was a magnetic plate so you put it on the fridge or something else that attracts magnet. So I want you to redo the production of putting sheet metal in the bag and magnetic plate in the shell. When you do ... I will buy another one. Otherwise it is fine. Regards Leif L

Just bought my second Bouletta case and just as the first one the quality is great, it looks nice and is super practical. After ordering a laser engraved case I received it only a couple days later. If you look for a practical and classy leather case, don’t hesitate.

Trouble contacting the company after purchase
I have been trying to contact the company and they wont respond for a return. I contacted through email, whatsapp chat and on the website. Make sure you like the product you purchase because you wont be able to reach them for a return.
*I have contacted the company again as they requested and will update this review once this is resolved. The return window is 30 days and it seems that they are waiting so I can't return the item.
**update** Company has still not responded to request for return FedEx slip on 12/23/2020
