Won’t respond to emails. I wanted to return my purchase, but company unresponsive.

This company is the worse place to purchase a phone case
It was faulty the phone case I bought I contacted many time and they didn’t respond until I send it back paying 60$ extra cover for the parcel to get to destination and still didn’t acknowledge and haven’t refunded my money I lost 160$ very bad people please don’t buy any thing from this Bouletta shop.

The phone case and the wallet are great.
Only wish is that the wallet would accommodate one more card or a couple more bills. Perhaps I would change my mind if the weight is increased significantly.

I have purchased two magnetic phone cases from Bouletta for our iPhone13's. The first purchase the case was amazing, the magnet is firm and holds the phone snuggly in the case, the second purchase however, was a nioghtmare and my husband is completely fed up with his phone constantly falling out of the case. I have emailed over and over, complained on social media and having received an email to rate you, here is my 1 Star rating. Please get back to me and sort this, as you do have great looking products!!!!

I ordered a leather phone case. Unsatisfied with the magnetic clasp, I sent it back, following all the steps required and listed in their return policy. They did not refund the money, weeks have gone by and several attempts have been made to contact them.

I sent my case back but never received credit back!!!

Excellent product. From purchase to receipt of product the experience was smooth, efficient, seamless. Very happy with the handmade, leather casing for my iPhone. Highly recommend.

Very unhappy with the company and product (iPhone case). While the case leather was very nice, the magnet was far too weak to hold my phone. I sent my feedback to Bouletta the day I received the case and they agreed to refund my money so I sent the case back to Bouletta per the return policy. But Bouletta is now refusing to refund me and I do not understand why. I’ve sent several inquiries and issued a dispute with my credit card company but Bouletta challenged my dispute and still have not responded to me. Come in Bouletta - be reasonable here! I sent the case back to you in excellent condition and have all the emails and tracking numbers to show the progression of events and am now out my money and have no product. This has been the worst customer support experience I’ve ever had. Please make good on this so we can close this out!

Very disappointed with luxury leather phone case. Dye was really terrible, uneven color, low quality and I wound up throwing it away it looked so cheap and nasty. I gave company feedback and was offered a discount on another item. No thanks. Do not recommend.

I was unnecessarily charged INR 1800 more at the time of delivery even when the full amount was paid at the time of purchase itself . Bad experience.

It came from Turkey to Hungary before Christmas so I was happy that I've received it in time as a gift. I ordered a brown leather case for Galaxy S10 Plus and it fits perfectly.

This was the only shop I found who offered leather sleeve case for this model. The case is in mint condition during the 3 months usage and it is real leather as it had the usual leather smell.

I do recommend this shop, maybe it is a bit more expensive than you should spend on a phone case but the case looks durable and should be good for 2-3 years if you exclude the natural wear and tear of leather.

The deal was good, the quality of the order also.
Not so nice was the shipping procedure, because of the import tax request from TNT. This is still an open request and not finally clarified.
