Product falling apart after less than 2 months and your offer was to give me 50% off to buy the product again. Why would I want to pay again for something falling apart. It should be replaced 100% ?

Ordered a very special phone-case and cover for iPhone 13pro max. Really impressed with the product and the service, which was excellent.

Produktet var fint nok. Men jeg fik pludselig en efterregning fra Ekspres forsendelse med TNT, hvilket jeg på intet tidspunkt var blevet spurgt om. Hverken om det skulle være ekspres eller med TNT. Så nu står jeg med en regning på 151,- kr. oveni, som jeg ikke vil betale, da jeg ikke har godkendt at skulle det. Jeg har godkendt at forsendelsen fra FREE. Som der også stod i ordrebekræftelsen: "Shipping method

The product is not what it says very weak magnet not very well made no Customer Service company located in turkey no phone #..This product does not support 13 pro not made well enough for $1000 phone

They stand by their phone cases, excellent customer service, really top notch. I respect them, for respecting me.

Ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max leather zip wallet case on Tuesday evening - Black Friday 25% off deal with free shipping. Wasn't expecting much after seeing previous reviews (which I stupidly read after placing the order). It's now Thursday lunchtime; has just arrived by courier. An absolutely stunningly crafted wallet, fits perfectly, gift boxed with ribbon and velvet bag; and loads of extra bits I didn't order (or pay for) - a leather AirTag fob, a leather key ring, a leather mini wallet, a mask......and six Gold VISA cards in the slots (although I doubt I'll get very far if I try to use those....). BEYOND pleased, Bouletta :-)

It appears that after you order something from them their customer service disappears. I ordered a case from them and they sent me the wrong one. I have tried contacting them via company orders email, Facebook, Instagram, and responding to the text they sent me after I made the order, and no one will respond to my issue. Very frustrated with their customer service and I would not recommend ordering from Bouletta.

Update: 11/15 The company did get back to me after I wrote the above review and sent me the correct case. They explained that there are different platforms they sell off of so that is what caused the confusion. That doesn’t explain the time in which it took to respond to me. I think
they only responded to me because of the review. However, they did send me the correct case which fixed the problem so that was appreciated. I think they just need to work out problems in their customer service department.

Several things wrong with this phone case. First of all it ripped apart at the seam after about 3-4 months. It also gets very hot if I charge it inside the case(not the wallet, but just the phone case.) With other brands I was able to charge it inside the case without this problem. The magnet "snap" isn't as secure as other brands I've tried either. I liked the AMOVO brand one much better than this one, and the AMOVO was cheaper too.

I ordered a case for my S20 and then I upgraded my phone to an S21. I was told it was too late so I decided to eat the cost of the s20 case and ordered another case for my s21.

I never got the s20 case and the s21 case came with the completely wrong embossing ... and their customer service is useless. They say they are looking into the problem and then an hour later they still haven't typed anything into chat.

You took my money and never sent my order. Luckily PayPal was able to refund me. I should have known dealing with a foreign business!! BAD BUSINESS!!

What a great products and services! I've had a Bouletta case some 5 years ago and when I got the iPhone 12 mini this was basically the only choice available for me.

The only thing that bothered me was that it's not compatible with MagSafe. When I reached out about this issue, they offered me a MagSafe compatible cover for a good discount.

I was so happy with the customer service and the products that I bought two belts from them as well.

Again, I don't usually write reviews but this is well deserved.

Once the purchase is made, it's impossible to get in touch with the customer service. I tried e-mail, chat and WhatsApp - no one replied. I needed to get an RA number to return the product within allotted 30 days, to no avail.
