Avoid this company if you value your time. I ordered a phone case, but the color in person looked completely different from what was advertised (orange instead of brown). When I requested an exchange, they responded with an overwhelming number of questions, delivered in a rude and accusatory tone, demanding photos to justify why I didn’t like the product. This was all despite their supposed “hassle-free return policy.” Additionally, their return policy claims they cover exchange shipping costs, but they insisted I pay $17—half the price of the case—just to return it.

Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this company.

This Factory/Company is Scam .. please take care who send them money for Orders from outside, they will steel your money.
never transfare money to them ... they will lie and lie about your Order till you give up.

Wrong colour and size. Tried to get in touch via email several times. No response to rectify so a total waste of money. Would never use again which is such a shame when the product is good.

I ordered a leather CD cover, received it, it was beautiful. Didn't fit my phone, tried to return it, sent several emails with no response. Very disappointed. I now have a cover I paid for that is useless to me.

Bouletta sent the wrong item in an incorrectly marked box. I followed their instructions for a return, but it was never acknowledged or authorized. They never answered my several emails and attempts to contact them. The item they sent is totally useless to me. I find the lack of customer service appalling, and I'm out a lot of money!
