Excellent service from initial call through to repair. Very thorough on phone as to options available i.e. extended warranty etc. The communication from the engineer was excellent with both texts and follow up call to confirm arrival time. The engineer was extremely knowledgeable and gave very good advice. Outstanding service.

We rang, got Liz, she spoke to her Bosch engineers and between us we sorted out an 87 year old friend’s problem. Why can’t other companies do this? Well done Liz it would make me buy a Bosch!!!! Best stand mixer ever!
Have absolutely loved using our stand mixer for making fresh bread weekly instead of buying from local stores,it’s so easy to use and the manual is straight forward so you don’t find yourself stuck for long if something goes wrong. We love that it doesn’t take up lots of room in the kitchen but also suctions to worktops so it doesn’t move if you’re on a faster function,the little bag for all the attachments to be stored safely is fantastic. We’ll be making lots of fresh bread,cakes and more with our new gadget!

Help line busy so took call back option. Very prompt professional response. After a brief discussion regarding the problem I had with a Neff hide and slide oven door - I was emailed an exploded diagram and identified the component I required and placed an order - the item arrived in perfect condition and was duly fitted. Oven door is as good as new. Excellent service.

It was easy to book the engineer's visit. Jack arrived on time, was smartly presented and explained politely what his plan was to diagnose the problem and subsequently repair the washing machine. Broken mother board found, new one inserted and programmed so that we now have a working machine. Minimal fuss. Good outcome.

Bit slow this time
I am a fan of Bosch appliances, but have given 3* this time around relating to consumer post-sales. I had ordered oven bulbs which arrived promptly (so would give 5*) but at the same time I ordered their special oven cleaner. No mention on the website that it was out of stock but it took my order. I subsequently telephoned and was told out of stock; no problem I'd wait. So it has taken 8 months for that product to finally arrive - no communication in between times.
