Registration web page was incomplete
Registration web page was incomplete.
It didn't have kettles as a product.
It didn't accept my product number.
The product didn't have a serial number so registration failed.
However WhatsApp agent Charlotte was very helpful.
An earlier product number and a dummy serial number sorted the problem.

Very poor after sales service.....
I have a Bosch double oven supplied March 2026. I have had an AO engineer to it, a Bosch engineer, my electrician who confirrmed my electrical supply is fully correct BUT my appliance trips the fuse box numerous times when both ovens have been used. Bosch now wants yet another of their electricans to come out again before considering a replacement! This is not good service from a premium supplier! Disgusted! I have all Bosch appliances and this is my second double oven in the same housing unit, no issues previously!!

Requirement for an engineer to replace oven light bulb
A call for an engineer to unscrew the cover of a failed lightbulb in the oven and replace the bulb was answered quickly by Bosch service staff. A prompt visit was arranged and the engineer arrived on time and was able to take the cover off and replace the bulb. This visit was needed only 7 months following a previous visit to replace the same light bulb which similarly was difficult to replace.

Very thorough on phone as to options available i.e. extended warranty etc. The communication from the engineer was excellent with both texts and follow up call to confirm arrival time. Best stand mixer ever!
Have absolutely loved using our stand mixer for making fresh bread weekly instead of buying from local stores,it’s so easy to use and the manual is straight forward so you don’t find yourself stuck for long if something goes wrong. We love that it doesn’t take up lots of room in the kitchen but also suctions to worktops so it doesn’t move if you’re on a faster function,the little bag for all the attachments to be stored safely is fantastic. We’ll be making lots of fresh bread,cakes and more with our new gadget!

Help line busy so took call back option. Very prompt professional response. After a brief discussion regarding the problem I had with a Neff hide and slide oven door - I was emailed an exploded diagram and identified the component I required and placed an order - the item arrived in perfect condition and was duly fitted. Oven door is as good as new. Excellent service.
