At Last A Human, Not A Blasted Bot!
I struggle with manufacturer's Help Desks these days because you usually get put through to some AI bot. These bots are a waste of time and just increase customer frustration. So at Bosch it was a nice change to get an answer from a human being. I feel that a company that is willing to pay a human and train them should be valued higher than one that simply wants to max their profits and pay less wages - at the customer's expense. So this small incident has determined me to buy Bosch in preference to cheaper products next time I need an appliance. I'd suggest we all think about the effect of AI on jobs and how people earn a living.
