The guy who came to repair our freezer…
The guy who came to repair our freezer had exceptional customer service skills. We had a problem with our freezer door not closing properly, which he identified as an issue with one of the hinges which was faulty. He replaced both hinges on the door. He then asked if we had any other appliances he needed to check as Bosch had an offer on, which included a second appliance within the same call-out. We then asked him to check the hob as the knobs didn’t ignite anymore when you turned the gas.on. He was more than happy to sort it out. This guy was excellent and nothing phased him at all. We now have all our appliances back in working order. Well done Bosch!

It was not very easy to get the appt- inspite of having my appliance on the system i had to get the INR number.
The engineer was in time , efficient, knowledgeable,
