The engineer who came was polite and very thorough in assessing our problem. He could find nothing wrong inspite of carrying out numerous tests.
He gave good advice on what could have caused the problem and said that he, or someone would return if the problem occurred again. A very positive visit.

I found it difficult to navigate the page to find the right door shelf. Once ordered, the delivery process was fair. However the new shelf broke within 24 hours of being fitted. Three shelves i less thana year feels like a very poor quality product.

My fancy Bosch electric kettle TWK7203GB/01 lasted for almost 3 years. Already off warranty, my fastest to break kettle ever. Customer service was not very helpful: pay to post it, pay for repairs. I thought I paid enough buying 100 quid kettle. Disappointed in BOSCH quality.

I moved house recently, in July 2026, and connected all my appliances myself. I used the new connections Bosch sent me when I purchased my washing machine in 2024. Two years on, my Serie 4 washing machine had never given me a single problem.
I followed the instructions about cleaning the filter, and to my surprise, it was perfectly clean. Well, it’s fair to say that I do look after my “gadgets”!
The engineer arrived, and within seconds my son was on the phone explaining that there was nothing wrong with the machine—it was the way I had connected it to the mains. I hadn’t removed the plastic from the drain hose!Because of this, the water couldn’t drain.
Problem solved in seconds, leaving me with the biggest, most embarrassed head imaginable. I felt rather ashamed for calling out an engineer, although I’m very grateful he didn’t laugh—or at least not in front of my so as a I was away from home!
For me, five stars is the absolute minimum I can give. **100 out of 5 stars** for the engineer’s professionalism, patience and composure, and for the excellent service.

I had to leave work as the engineer…
I had to leave work as the engineer phoned me to say he was on his way. I had an afternoon slot 12-5 then it changed to 12-2. He arrived just
After 12noon. As soon as he came in
He said he did not have the replacement door. What a waste of time both for me and him.when the appointment was booked I insisted she made sure he would have the door on his van but NO it wasn’t. So I lost time from work and he had a waisted journey. Now I have to wait in again for another visit. POOR ORGANISATION.
