As per my reviews year on year
As per my reviews year on year, this year is no different. This appointment was a re arranged visit as I was a week early for my eye test and that meant as I qualify for free eye tests, it would have been chargeable. That was great initial customer service.
Upon my new appointment, I was treated with respect and a valued customer. Informed in every aspect of my eye test and what to expect.
All staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable. This being a constant theme I've experienced for some years at my previous Boots store.
This is a new store as I have relocated and I think I made the point in my last posting, that it is clear, the training policy in Boots, clearly is a winning formula because I might well have been in my old store, given the level of customer service afforded me. It is quite simply... Simple as that.

From Bad to Good
Hello. After a disappointing experience with Boots Opticians, Eltham, I rang them to complain and spoke to a young man called Saeed. What a star. He dealt with my problem professionally, courteously and with care. He stuck with it until a satisfactory outcome was achieved. A credit to Boots Opticians, Eltham.

Helpful, friendly and efficient
Called into Boots Opticians today at The Springs, Thorpe park, Leeds. Needed 2 pairs of glasses adjusting. Was seen within 2 minutes of arriving. Laiba was very helpful, friendly and efficient.

My Experience with the opticians was very bad
My Experience with the opticians at the west Bridgford shop has left me very angry and upset. I’m a eighty two year old I went to have my eyes tested on the 14th August and they would be ready on the 27th it’s been eight weeks and I haven’t received them I have complained but to no avail. I will never use them again.

Eye floaters
Dropped in on Friday to discuss floaters in my eye I have had since June. Due to length of time was advised to get them checked out. They phoned 30 mins later with appt for next day. Got them checked out. All fine eye health good. Just have to live with them. Alice the optometrist, and Jasmin the eye technician were friendly, helpful and very professional. Can’t fault this service

Great service
I attended the eye test on the day and also looked for a new pair of glasses. Zahraa and Nubah have been very patient and nice to help me out. They are very kind and professional.
Went there again 2 weeks later for contact lens trial review and met 2 other staff - Enaam and Jose - again they were very patient and nice to support me and explain everything to me during the eye test, and later when I was trying to get the prescribed eye drops. Thank you so much team!
