Do not buy from bm steel.
Do not buy from bm steel,i went to my local bm steel supplier, for 2, 25mm x3mm mild steel angles, 6 meters long, they wanted to charge me £39.99 each , £79.98 for 2 pieces of steel, I went to a independent steel supplier they charged me £26.40 including vat, for the 2 pieces of steel.

No communication once order was placed, wrong item delivered
No communication once order was placed, had to call multiple times to check on delivery. after 2 weeks finally got a delivery day by calling up and the delivery didn't turn up. Called AGAIN and was apparently a mix up with the driver. When it finally turned up on the week after the steel was all wrong with the wrong cuts on it. By this time I had to accept the delivery and re cut the steel myself as had no choice. Never had such poor service.

Svar fra BM Steel
Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the delays and poor communication you experienced with your recent order. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we fully understand how frustrating the disruption to your schedule must have been.
We were very sorry to learn that the steel cuts were incorrect. Had our team been aware of this at the time, we would have immediately arranged for replacements to be sent out. We completely understand that tight deadlines left you with no option but to make the adjustments yourself, and we appreciate that this added unnecessary effort to your project.
We take your feedback seriously and are looking into what happened behind the scenes.

I am a private buyer and was treated like royalty! They brought in a non stock sheet next day and that is impressive for a one sheet order. Shop floor guys were great loading up. I fell foul of the collection charge so know for next time but you know everyone has to make a crust so don’t begrudge it.
