My experience has been disappointing, customer service is really lacking. what should take a few days and one phone call is still dragging on months after the initial request was put into Blue NRG.
Harry is claiming this has been resolved - as of 19/11/21 it has not been resolved. its strange that the person that has been the hardest tro work with, has no customer service skills, is also the person that is claiming this was resolved. I've invested over $15k in solar - yet Blue NRG are still resisting having the system connected and commissioned.

Everything is working well at the moment. I like emailed accounts. It appears to be less expensive than my last supplier.

BlueNRG is great. Love that it is easy to ring them up; love that they reply to emails. Love that there are no frills and that the prices are the best.

Your request for an actual bill read has been submitted 3 times, not once have you acknowledged this or adjusted our bill. I can't recommend highly enough to steer clear of Blue NRG

Blue NRG has the supply address details wrong after I made a switch from a different energy retailer who had the supply address right.

Blue NRG can't change it into the correct address without me submitting rates notice. I am commercially leasing offices 1-4 from 11 other offices. And rates notices are being sent to the landlord for the entire building.

This can't be corrected even though they changed the address(?????)

Thought we had a direct debit in place- significantly disappointed to learn this was not in place as really did understand this was the case

Thought I was on a 2 year/ 24 month plan vs 3year/36month

Person I spoke with was very courteous - 4/5 or 5/5 for the person

We moved our energy supply to BLUENRG a year ago. Not only were their pricing cheaper, but their billing and online account access was simple and comprehensive. Our business has now been sold and the process was made simple and clear with great help from Customer Service rep Bryan Smith whose assistance was excellent and most appreciated.

We needed power in one of our factories asap. I dealt with Chetan from Blue NRG. Not only was he wonderful to deal with but he went above and beyond helping us to achieve our aim quickly. The other great thing was that I dealt with Chetan only and was not having to explain myself to someone each time I emailed/called. I would recommend Blue NRG to family and friends without hesitation. Thank you Chetan, you are a superstar and so easy to deal with.

Still no invoice issued after 3 months and still no meter reading after requesting it several times? We changed energy providers because it was a bit cheaper than previous and based in Aust. The customer service experience has been very average so far. Friendly, but still not one invoice in over 3 months? They do not listen to their customers.

Bryan was extremely helpful and ensured that everything was sorted out in an extremely timely and efficient manner!

Brian was lovely to deal with. He handled both interactions very efficiently, with a smile and a very professional manner.

Bryan Smith was excellent at handling all my enquiries, he patiently listened and knew all the information needed to swiftly establish what needed to be done. Easy to understand and polite. New account established in a very short time and yes, I have done this before many times so know how long it can take.
